  • thanks to 348VEVO

  • I almost got one of thgese , its acceleration is just as good as my 2000 Grand Am sedan but it keeps going till you hit like 180mph

  • i had one and i absolutely loved it...

  • What's a "killer sound" supposed to mean?

  • I saw one of these on the street couple months ago, and the looks and sound are just fantastic! Am I getting old, or everything else on the streets these days is ugly compared with 348, 355, 288 GTO or Testarossa?

  • @dvamateur Right on that, I'm with you

  • Joli bruit ;-)

  • go with the 355, much better made car

  • u got owned by traffic

  • the tubi and testpipe's i think

got it my self almost the same sound ;)

    and it great

  • its still a ferrari :)

  • On of the best V8 road car sound with the f 355

  • And for a price of $50,000, you can't go wrong.

  • Doesn't matter if you have the most sportif japanese car with the most expensive exhaust, you can't come near to this sound. It's just fantastic to hear.

  • @D12eams ya right. nsx with exhaust sounds WAY better

  • @nsxracersb

nope, ANY ferrari sounds WAY better than ANY honda/acura

  • @nsxracersb

Japanese cars sounds like shit, thats just the way it is. American cars and Italian cars sounds best, japanese is not even near.... I like the NSX, is the only cool car that came from japan, but i am not buying it because of the crappy sound...

  • That sounds good to me. Didn't knew that it wasnt a good car. And about the 355? A little more expenasive, yea, but pple said me it is awesome. I mean, how the 355 stacks to the 348? Maybe one day ill have one and its good to know about it before with pple that already have one. ^^

  • hate to put a downer on it, but i had one of these, it was the worst made car i have ever owned, the electrics were rubbish. it sounds and looks great but to use its not. stick to porsche. :0)

  • Sad but true. Indeed the 348 has been considered as one of the worst Ferrari ever made, more Fiat than Ferrari.

  • @marchettino

    Is it? Why is that?

  • Because it has alot of components taken by Fiat and Alfa Romeo, so the quality is not the best for being a Ferrari.

  • @marchettino LOL all Ferrari's have Fiat and A/R components.....

  • @marchettino Good thing the 355 redeemed Ferrari

  • @marchettino what about the 355

  • @marchettino

Cmon dude! It's one off the most awesome ferrari's ever made.. I've got one, and a 308gtb, and i think this car is perfectly done, electrics everything. ! The design is so HOT, have you ever drived beside one off these!

    @getin348

"Electrics were rubbish", So wrong! The electrics are both easy to manage and shift if u want to!

Anyway, i've got and old Porsche 911, and i've got HUGE problem with the electric in that car! But the Porsche boxermoter sound.. MHHM.. Thats nice! OAO

  • I agree too. Even Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo called it the worst Ferrari he has ever seen in an issue of Road & Track back in the 90s. The positive? You can get one dirt cheap.

  • Well, i was talking about this few days ago with a friend that owns a 430 Scuderia. He told me that the 348 is very bad to use on road, it's a very delicate car, but on the track is a very fast car, when my friend got a F430 he made a battle at the Monza racetrack, and he told me that the 348 if driven good, it can still chase a F430 on the track.

  • @marchettino With a blind driver in the 430 maybe, but please bear in mind there is a +/- 200ps difference...

And that is the power of a Boxster 2.5 or a 911 3.2L with catalysator....

  • @joserpm That was the 89-92 year TS and TB 348's..... Luca took over as CEO of Ferrari in 1991 and the relaunched GTS, GTB and SP 348 models from 93-95 were faster, more reliable and better handling cars.

  • @getin348 It just depends which was the previous owner, the 348 has some shitty parts in the interior but is still a great car to me, a true man car without all those electronic helps on the new ones...

  • @getin348 wrong, the Mondial was the WORST ferrari ever made!

  • @litoazmitia which is in essence a stretched 308. i didnt believe thisuntil i looked it up.

  • @getin348 you must have been unlucky, ive had one for over three years totally reliable, starts first time every time,,,,best experience ever:)

  • @hewhohasthepower That's because mate most critics of this car dont own one or never will be able to They just spout stuff they have heard but have no experiance of it themselves. They also fail to mention that the later versions of the 348 were superior to the earlier models and are great cars.

  • @sabrewolfff nice to hear from someone with brains,,:)

  • @hewhohasthepower lol cheers mate.

  • 1 gear & down the street -_-

  • sounds really cool, but i still love my lovely Ferrari F50:-)

basically in L.A. everyone has ferrari xD I think, I must change my car...

  • i bet....how much did that matchbox car cost you?

  • Trademark Ferrari scream!

  • Awesome sound! and what a car this is, even after all these years! ;)

  • what year is this firebird? must be the v6 model doesn't sound like a big block

  • WHAT A F***ing sound!!!

  • Fantastic car.

    Nice sound!

  • I Wished i lived in italy to see all of these great cars.

  • beautiful, an old neighbor of mine used to have one. Such a fantastic car :-)

  • That was great sound!
