The thing is, on his highest notes, he's not using falsetto. He's forcing them out. If it was falsetto, his facial expressions would be more calm and relaxed. Some of the other high notes are falsetto, just not the highest ones. Like at 3:21, he's forcing it.

If you look at the rest of the vid you'll see there is no pedal there he just favors weird choreography loosely based on Michael Jackson much like his suit. It really isn't that out of this world for a guy to sing that high just most guys never bother to learn to use their falsetto range.

All the musicians who work with Vitas are wonderful, too. Sometimes I just like to watch them work. They put so much into what they do. However, I always am glad when the camera shifts back to him.
