If the opponent has also used a priority 1 move like aqua jet or ice shard, then the pokemon with the highest speed moves first, and if the opponent had used a priority 2 move like extremespeed, then he WILL go first, no matter the speed.

Won't work if it's not your brother and you don't know his Pokemon, since they may have Lucario with extreme speed or Jolteon with double kick or Magmortar with Will-O-Wisp, or they have a shedinja, and your whole team would be down. This is legit.

Endeavor means that when you use it, you make the Pokemon's health the same as yours.

The Rattatas are at 1 HP when using it. So the Pokemon's health is at 1 HP. He uses Quick Attack to strike first, and because every attack does at least 1 damage (unless negated by Protect or Detect, or inferior types), he kills the foe's Pokemon easily.

you can breed rattata and by doing so, you can make it learn endeavor (though one raticate needs to have endeavor taught to it and the other needs to have quick attack).

then, the rattata from the egg has both endeavor and quick attack

then, by putting a focus sash on it, it prevents them from fainting, leaving them at 1 hp, which is the perfect chance to use endeavor, then, on the next turn, take out the opponent with quick attack.

In this case, his rattata has 1 HP every time due to focus sash, so he uses endeavor to match his opponent to it, bringing it down to 1 HP also. Then he uses quick attack to successfully knock out the Pokémon.

this method would also work if you did it on the roaming ledendry pokemon like get them trapped send in a level one holding an iteam that will keep them alive for 2 turns and then use evendore and then before it attacks again switch out to something hell strong and just throw out some pokeballs and what ever your trying to catch youll get

Evasion clause makes moves like Double Team illegal. You forgot Sandstorm and Hail. Toxic and Burn also stops this. Also, Rattata could gets Sucker Punch for ghosts.
