Onondaga Sheriff Deputies LOVE to make arrests. They'll taser an 85 year old woman if they think they can arrest her. And cops wonder why they're losing support of the civilian population and civic groups. We need reduce their budgets by like 50 percent. And we will.
Looks like excessive force...just because she stepped out of the car doesn't mean tasering is required. Remember, she is completely innocent atthis point and has not been found guilty of any crime let alone any trumped up driving offence. Unlikely she posed any threat yet the officer used taser indiscriminately.
That is why you take the ticket, and send it in for a damn court case. That is how it works. Not only is it a safety risk to get out of your car, you are told in drivers education that you are to remain in your car unless told to by a law enforcement agent. What if a car had sideswiped them? What difference does it make if her kids were there, she broke the law.
@bige1481 You never know...I thought you might be one of those police informers scouring youtube to build up a database of possible anarchists. But I see instead you have Discordian tendencies. Hail Eris!
Law-abiding mom, why the fuck does she get out the car, PERIOD!!!! Instead of shutting the fuck up and taking the ticket and going to court and having the officer show the video she instead talks back to him and gets out the car. Glad she got tased, DUMB BITCH!!!!!
@starsky64 i hope not that you or someone you know gets tasered. there was no reason for the taser. seriously, she posed no threat. and the cop should have made sure there was someone there with the children.
she should never have gotten out of the car and taken the ticket and fought it in court she put herself and her kids in that situation by agrueing her case in the street take it to court u jackass sometimes women can be a threat she got what she deserved she knows things like this happen everyday i bet she wont ever do that again sometimes if your nice they wont give u a ticket
@salazarexpress09 True, I am almost 50 years old and I learned at the age of 15 in drives ed that when you see blue lights behind, pull off to a safe place and stay in your car with the door closed unless directed to do otherwise. Yes Sir and No Sir go a long way to mitigating your case.
@SouthParkBear i still feel that it's a part of psychology as the kids will remember what happened but not think that they were the audience instead of the mother. The mother was used by the officer as an "actor" in this but didn't realise it. The kids growing up will feel it subliminally but not unless they bring it into their consciousness can they feel more free as they were the target audience... just saying.
Well that's true..... but it still didn't warrant lethal force.
The law says ""The Use of Tasers by Police Officers should be limited to circumstances under which the use of lethal force would also be permitted," but here we see they use it on soccer-moms who flunk the ol' "attitude-test."
she'll get paid cuz everyone knows that he used excesive force.. point blank.. even if she was a bitch just slap her up against the vehicle and slap some cuffs on her.. only a coward would tase a mother of two in front of her children.. seriously.. cops have to understand that you took an oath to protect us not beat on us.. hope she gets 50k for the dumb stunt this officer pulled..
just want to say metalraider6661 you sound redicilous.. The officer is very capable of handling this situation without the excesive force used.. she is a women that has her two children in the vehicle and the officers reaction was totally unnessary.. Get real.. I hope your mother gets tasered for smelling the way she does.. You are probably an officer who has the same ego trip reactions and there's no justifying hurting a mother in front of her children..no excuse and learn some manners.
the only reason why a cop would tase you is because you wouldnt listen to the orders he was giving you. he wouldnt just tase you, just to tase you. if he says do something you better do it or you will get tased.
The law says ""The Use of Tasers by Police Officers should be limited to circumstances under which the use of lethal force would also be permitted," but here we see they use it on soccer-moms who flunk the ol' "attitude-test."
It's pure intimidation; cops are thugs who are above the law, and that's just reality.
She should have known better than to push her luck that the cop would obey the law when she suspected him of breaking it already.
How about we just fucking do what the cop says, and keep our nuts in the car, if your dumb enough to do the opposite of what the cop says you more then likely deserve to get your dumb ass tazed. This country is just overly populated with stupid people, I think its time to take all the warning signs off off common house hold applianced to try to kill some of them off.
Being a retired cop of 30 years I understand what this cop was thinking..first off its just plain fun to taise people..They flip and flob around and make funny sounds..and the power you have makes you feel so fine..I loved to taise crack heads and ho's..took plenty of their money while i was at it....I sure miss being a cop..
It never fails to amaze me, in the land of the so called "free", that you accept and endorse this level of brutality from an officer under no personal threat. It just blows me away that if you ever pick up an American in a discussion such as the nonsense of their 3000 mile oil changes, it takes about three posts before an American says,,,,,hey buddy, we have a little thin called FREEDOM!" Don't make me laugh, in few countries in the word are so many so afraid of the police and the "feds".
@adamkajones That does not give the cop the right to taser an unarmed, non-violent woman. Once she got back in the car, that should have been the end. Small ticket for her and thats it. He had NO reason to arrest her, or taser her. Those are suppose to be used for when the cop feels threatened. Not because they wanna arrest some woman who didn't make a single threatening action. She PLEADED to him...It's his fault more than hers. I grew up around good cops, I know BS when I see it.
@narutardtedr She pulled away! She then went from being a passive resister (failure to adhere to verbal direction) to an active resister. That behavior subjects her to the possible use of a taser. She should have taken the ticket and complained to either the officer's superiors or the court. The street is not the place to hold court. She tried to use her kids in hopes that the officer would not arrest her. It was too late. I do think the officer could have not used the taser.
@timmiet47321 Again she was non-violent and unarmed. A taser as far as i know is to be used on a suspect when the officer feels threatened, when he/she feels the person could be violent. But this woman didn't do that, yes she jerked away which puts her in a POSSIBLE position to get tased, due to the fact she is willing to resist. But without a solid reason, action, or implication of any sort to show she is willing to act violently, that sort of thing is just outlandish.
@narutardtedr Pulling away is resisting and maked her a physical threat; failure to follow verbal direction does not. Ever watched a video of a subject pull away only to fight, flee, pull a gun, knife or kill? The chance that this woman would take it to that level is remote but she actively resisted. This would have been handled 100 different ways by 100 different officers but this is what we see. Would you feel differently if the officer was female, 5 ft tall and weighed 100 pounds?
@timmiet47321 Again, she resisted, but she was not a threat. This lady looks like she could barely hold her own in a fight against a taco. Now she could use a gun, but i highly doubt she has the speed for that, being as...aged as she is. Would i feel better if the officer was female? No, why would that make anything better? What does the officer being male or female have to do with anything? The cops i grew up around didn't pull this crap, so i have a hard time with this.
@narutardtedr I didn't ask if you would feel better but rather differently. Would you feel differently if the officer who stopped this woman was a small female. Perception plays a role in the way these things are viewed on all sides; the officer, the citizen and the public. There are many things at work in situations like this the dynamics of which cannot be adequately addressed by watching a few minutes if videotape. Happy Holidays to you.
@narutardtedr the tazer is used to make an individual comply. Its solely based on if they are violent or a threat. He tried pulling her out.. that was the hands on try... didnt fully work. so he used the tazer and she complied.
@ericerickson592 She was unable to make him comply. If she had a tazer maybe she could have got him to do the right thing which would have been to stop touching her, beg her forgiveness, give her all his money an quit his job, but I don't think she wants to be violent. Any other ideas?
@trueleroix yes.. do as the officer tells you. things go alot smoother that way. At the end of the day I'm going home alive. Ive been pulled over way to many times... ive never been so bold as to get out of my car. reminds me of that funny chris rock video.

@narutardtedr sorry I forgot to add not... i ment to say its not solely based on the person being violent or threatening. Resisting by not standing up means you are not compliant. lol see the dilemma. I prefer hands on. but thats me. There are times for the tazer and pros and cons to both hands on and the tazer. Maybe the officer was thinking he didnt want to phyically touch hurt her. like me I hate putting my hands on women. the tazer is just an easy way to make the person comply
@narutardtedr Honestly I would have handeled the situation different then that officer... but so would every other officer. no officer would have acted the same. its easy to monday quarterback it. I just wish the video had better sound to I could hear what the officer is saying and if she is compliant. thats why I hate these videos on youtube.. people pre judge on crappy sound and video quality.
@ericerickson592 Well it's not what the cops i knew would do, they were nice and i saw them....a lot(i lived in a lot of...deadly neighborhoods), so for me to see a woman being tased for from, what i can see, no reason. It kinda makes me erk.
@jasontessier You sound like your a cop you little fuckin piggy.. you know what i think you are i think your a snitch and that why you think people should respect those greasy ass oinkers and btw nothin ever comes good from associating with the police..
What about you respect cops authority and stay in the car, bitch as much as you want, but you won't win your argument there, go fight it in court. RESPECT the people getting paid to protect you. They don't know who they are arresting, if you don't wanna get tasered or shot, listen to the cop. wake up people
judgeing on the video, the women was obeying, but the officer is all hype because he want something bad to happen. But she didn't do nothing wrong she was obeying officer because of children.
@Rdenairius1991 After she got back in, there was a 4-sec window that caused the officer to react the way he did. She didn't specifically say what she did during the recording, which raises suspicion. Yet, she *resisted* against the tugging of the officer AFTER she was asked to get out. It was clear that the officer did not want her in the vehicle at that point(she may have tried to grab a weapon). In that case, the officer would have to actually *shoot* her, so it was a win-win how it ended.
Why did she get out of her car- you don't do that! And when he told her to get in her car- she argued! That's what she was being arrested for. The cops actions are inexcusable and he overreacted horribly, but she is not entirely innocent here.
So what was the out come? Was she convicted of speeding? I noticed the Police Officer was not fired. This is more people not knowing the whole story and getting just one side. As for seeing the tape she couldn't have anyways it is secured so that Police Officers can not mess with it. One more thing why was she talking on the cell phone and driving at the same time, and that is her reason she is so sure she was not speeding. How about a ticket for unsafe driving with minors in the car.
And then there's the case of Danny Rodriguez in Phoenix, Az. He was murdered by a first responder named Richard Chrisman who has in fact been charged with murder and fired. But despite that, his first responders union had the gall to hold a barbecue to raise money for him. And let's not forget Oscar Grant in Oakland, Ca. None of these murderers would have ever been charged were it not for the fact that there were eyewitnesses and/or video of the murders.
I feel sorry for this lady. I'm thankful she didn't end up like Kelly Thomas in Fullerton, Ca. The first responders in his case shot him with not 1, but 2 laser guns in his chest and back. And when that failed to kill him one of the first responders drop kneed him in the throat and beat his face to a pulp with the handle of his laser gun. The poor boy drowned on his own blood. Only one of the first responders that murdered him has actually been charged with murder. Another with manslaughter.
She got what she deserved, she did not listen to the orders of the police officer but instead she did the opposite of whatever the officer told her to do. This should not be a lawsuit but a criminal trail against her. OH YEA lets take the tasers away from the cops that way they can use guns to handle situations like this instead of non lethal means.....IDIOTS!
That's actually their job,i.e. local government-thugs hired to bully, humiliate and intimidate people so that they'll submitt to unjust laws. Obviously this cop is above the law for committing a felony here, and he isn't being charged with a crime.
The law says ""The Use of Tasers by Police Officers should be limited to circumstances under which the use of lethal force would also be permitted," but here we see they use it on soccer-moms who flunk the ol' "attitude-test."
I love lawyers that help get child molesters, rapist, murderers, etc. off because money is more important than the safety of the public. But, I know that not all lawyers are that way. It is easy to judge others. When all of you become perfect then more power to ya.
They both are wrong!! Stay in the car stupid lady! And don't over due the stupid taser dumb pig! Next time pay attention to the person you pull over dumb pig!...it might just be a normal mom in the car.
It was either a taser or face plant into the asphalt by force. You should have listened and you would have probably only got a ticket. You then could have fought it and probably won in court.
@RawFoodGuy99 Are you retarded? If you take away tasers from cops because of misuse, what do they have left to misuse? Hmmm. Oh, just guns and &$#&* night sticks.
@RawFoodGuy99 in order for police officers to use tasers they have to get tased first to know what it feels like. if a police officer tells you to do something you better fucking do it. everybody that police tase and/or arrest says that they will have their job but the suspects are just talking shit they cant do anything. this police officer was doing his job and he did nothing illegal in this video but the woman did.
@metalraider6661 ,i don't need to take a unlawful order from a cop because he/she has a shinny uniform on ! Did you even watch this video you copworshiper ??
You also don't need to obey anfederal law either which your state's people rejected as unconstitutional, but the government killed 1/4 million people who did just that in 1865, and the walls have been closing in ever since as government became all-powerful.
This woman was simply naive about her so-called "rights" promised her under her sheep-indoctrination "pledge of allegiance" etc.
You fucking idiot, this was excessive force for a trumped-up charge.
But you're right, you better do what the cops say because they're thugs who will use any excuse to assault and imprison you and then break the law to make it stick.
If that was my mom I would of done ANYTHING I could to get him of my mother. Even if it was stepping out the car to postpone her taser and trying to beat him. I don't care. Nobody and I mean nobody touches my mother.
@ericerickson592 Seeing that I am typing this comment, that would be a bit late. Also the application does not apply here, seeing that I am one of two planned pregnancies in my immediate family and certified as extremely intelligent. If you can think of a better solution than killing these officers, I'm all for a non-violent solution. Try to be productive now. How would you get rid of them? Try something original as well. I don't want you to fall deeper in your shame spiral. UMADBRO?
@trueleroix there is a difference between intelegience and being smart. I have an IQ over 140 and I am a cop. Please do not call me your bro. There is no shame in not condoning the death of a person who does their job.Being a cop is like being a quaterback... you take all the hate when you issue a ticket and get thanks when you arrive on scene to protect a victim. If you hate COPs dont call us then. As for my solution.. thats a tough one. You need the full audio of the clip.
@ericerickson592 Since you defende3d these people, you need to quit immediately. It is quite scary that someone who has written all that you have written has an air of authority. Please do it for the children. I'm being serious now. No evil wishes, just quit immediately. And of course I would never be a bro with you. The good cops love me. The shameful ones such as yourself do not. It is scary that you are unaware of which type you are. Don't write...just quit. stay away from kids too.
@trueleroix Thats like me saying that you should quit being a parent. Since you preach the death of cops. I can only assume your parenting skills or just as good. Its scary that people like you raise children. As for me defending the officer... why wouldnt you? You can not hear what he is telling the woman. To rush to judgement shows that you must be quick tempered. I hope you do not judge or discipline your children with the same attitude.
@trueleroix "the good cops love you"? ummm repeat that you wish the death of cops to the so called cops that love you. you are a violent and ignorant person. I will pray for you.
@ThumbsUpification get it right MORON. the IQ is 152. show me where i claimed otherwise. and Set It Strait is the name of the video you live on. posted by Curtis Strait. its quite obvious that my IQ is vastly superior to yours. sorry to humiliate you. but you make it sooo easy. thanks again. BYE BYE
@ThumbsUpification sorry to have to correct you AGAIN, but the video is called Set It Strait get arrested. posted by Curtis Strait. YOU have many posts there. haven't you noticed the spelling of his name and the video??? thats odd for such an Einstein like. LMAO made a fool of yourself again didn't you??? LMAO in your face MORON..
LOL, Jaylee's comment below was a response to me insisting it's spelt 'Straight', not 'Strait': watch?v=viHU3igaUfI
Now here we have a classic example of Jaylee clearly, categorically and unambiguously making an irrefutable factual error. Moreover, it's also a classic Jaylee insult to someone who got the fact irrefutable correct. Now watch his response. There is more chance of Elvis crash-landing a UFO onto the Loch Ness monster than there is of Jaylee admitting he was wrong...
@JAYLEE169 Just seen ThumbUpHisAss’s comment. Sorry mate, you know I like you but I have to admit that 'straight' is the correct spelling, not 'strait'.
@RickDougall i understand. but the video is entitled Set It Strait get arrested, posted by Curtis Strait. that was my meaning. i hope we have that part straight. LOL thanks for your comment.
@RickDougall of course it is spelled Straight. i see that clearly on the vid. i wanted to give the stalking harassing lying trolls a taste of their own medicine. its OK. you would not believe all of the jokes about my cancer, and when will I die, etc etc. and about me being a wife beater and registered sex offender. its all been reported to youtube. its in the hands of Big Brother now. no offense at all to you and i wish you the best my friend...cheers
@JAYLEE169 For the third time, please stop harassing me. As a woman, your private messages have made me feel frightened and vulnerable. I have now blocked you and reported you to YT. Remember - no means NO.
@usmcgunner Seriously, don't waste your time on that worthless shit Jaylee. He's a sexually frustrated freak who spends 24 hours a day on here harassing innocent people and posting comments on videos of underage girls dancing in their underwear and hateful remarks about Brits, black people, 9/11, Moslems, the Irish and anyone who can spell better than him (which is everyone. He boasts about his wife-beating, army-deserting and being on the sex offenders' register. Very creepy man.
@usmcgunner58 "clearly you have no understanding of the law whatsoever"
Actually, Jaylee has very little understanding of anything. This is a guy who thought Britain lost the Falklands War and field hockey is played on horses! Oh and don't even try to explain time zones or quotation marks to him!
Shut your mouth you cunt , take the ticket and fight it in court if you were wrongly stopped. She got what she deserved , I feel bad for the cop. SHE IS A WHORE.
How was the cop wrong in this? This woman ignored direct orders and stepped out of her vehicle for no logical reason which could potentially put the cop at risk.. I dont understand how this dumb whore thinks she was even remotely correct.
Right or wrong, you can not deny that you DO NOT get out of the car unless the officer tells you to. Plain and simple, and once an officer gives you a command, follow it. If he/she's wrong, prove it in court. Is it really that difficult of a concept. If you resist, regardless, then they now have grounds to slam yer ass, and resisting doesn't have to be physically fighting with the officer, it can be a verbal refusal.
Once again we are only getting one side of this story. The police officer has every right to taser her. She broke laws = She gets tased. How was he supposed to know that she wasn't hiding a weapon. BTW all of you fucking little "innocent shit heads" need to shut the fuck up.
She wanted to see the tape, probably because she knew that she wasn't speeding. I wouldn't have thought of asking a police officer to see the dash cam footage. The police officer should have just told her that he couldn't show her the footage and ushered her back into her vehicle. If she was speeding as the police officer claimed, then it should be on the dash cam footage.
@kupigana The officer never changed the charges.. Disobeying a lawful order came after she got out of her car and didnt get back in when ordered toa long with other things she did.
@nggaplz Um, what happened to the alleged crime that caused him to pull her over? What happened to the footage from his dash camera that would have proved that she was speeding? These are things that police officers have when writing speeding tickets. Or do you really think the police offficer in the video clip pulled over a moving vehicle for "Disobeying a lawful order"?
@kupigana What if by crazy chance he was pulling over for speeding and when he first spoke to her he mentioned the cellphone? In my state and a few others its a secondary offense that cannot get you pulled over, but can warrant a citation. He pulled her over for that and she decided to take it in to her own hands and leave her car, refuse to get back in, when she saw he was serious she got back in against his orders. how do you not see how the disobey came from her lack of listening?
@nggaplz Was she actually given a ticket for talking on a cell phone? Was she actually given a ticket for speeding? I didn't think it was proper police procedure to lie about moving violations. It is suspicious that she wasn't cited for those two. Isn't that one of the reasons why police departments went to the trouble of paying for cameras to be installed in squad cars?
@kupigana No, she was let go of the ticket wtih the cell phone, no she was let go for the ticket on speeding. The police officer set an example with this woman, but didnt want to nickel and dime her on every charge. I am sorry you still dont see this and still feel the need to cut and paste the last part of your comments. The cameras are there for the police and citizens safety.. Thank god he had his camera on for this idiot woman.
@nggaplz No, if he had- video of her speeding, then this would have been used to cite her for speeding.
The fact that the woman in the video was tasered, handcuffed and arrested, but not actually cited for driving while talking on a cell phone or speeding is suspicious. Tasering her, but not giving her a speeding ticket isn't an act of kindness. Cameras are there for evidence.
@kupigana Yes and the evidence will help each sides safety from foul play. Like dis-obeying a lawful order, etc etc. However, a cop uses their own discretion when writing the tickets. They can tell you they pulled you over for x,y, and z and then only ticket you for y because you feel that this was what was most important to the officer. You dont seem to understand that. Would you rather the cop taser her and then ticket her for every thing she did wrong or feel bad and only ticket for one thing
@nggaplz Using your own discretion isn't the same as lying about the events of a traffic stop. If the woman was actually speeding, the police officer would have cited her. If she was actually speeding, she would have been cited and there would have been evidence on the dash mounted camera. Not citing her for the crimes he accused her for draws his credibility into question.
@nggaplz The power of a police officer lies in his ability to enforce the law. They may penalize the offenders by issuing citations. Citation is a kind of summon, issued 'on the spot' i.e., where the crime takes place. Accurate and truthful recording of the events in question is relevant. If the police officer is not being honest about all three charges, it is suspicious.
@kupigana How do you not see this point? I am not coming back to re-explain this concept to you. He pulled her over for breaking the law. When he pulled her over she raised the situation to a different level. Using his judgement he restrained her and ticketed her for the most serious offense. He very well could have ticketed her for all other offenses, but chose not to so he could better enforce what she did. I will no longer respond, I hope you understand the message here.
@nggaplz If the police officer pulled her over for breaking the law, she would have been cited. The lack of a citation for talking on a cell phone or speeding draws into question the honesty, credibility, character and overall professionalism of the police officer. It makes the judgement of the police officer seem suspect. The police officer who chose to use a taser.
he told her to get in the car and she didn't then he said you're under arrest and she decided she would get back in the car.... shw should have just listened to him and accepted the ticket. she could have fought it in court and saved herself a lot of trouble
that lawyer wants tasers out of law enforcement! is he nuts? would you rather get tased in front of your kids or shot in front of them? tasers are a great tool and have saved countless lives!
Thinking twice is not enough. He should never be allowed back on duty; he should be fired and imprisoned. He could have killed her! Men should never ever put their hands on women. Her poor children! Nothing can make this up to them.
@SophiaMercy STFU bitch ure such a soft shit. what are you saying u think that women can do what ever they want because they have a pussy? I say all women should stay in the fucking kitchen then we wouldnt have a fucking problem.
@AIRSOFTICATION I notice you are not using your real name to admit publicly that you are a brutal and abusive misogynist. Or do you just enjoy writing dirty words online when your daddy isn't watching? I won't address any more replies by neanderthals. Shame on you!

@SouthParkBear i still feel that it's a part of psychology as the kids will remember what happened but not think that they were the audience instead of the mother. The mother was used by the officer as an "actor" in this but didn't realise it. The kids growing up will feel it subliminally but not unless they bring it into their consciousness can they feel more free as they were the target audience... just saying.

adamkajones 1 month ago
@adamkajones That does not give the cop the right to taser an unarmed, non-violent woman. Once she got back in the car, that should have been the end. Small ticket for her and thats it. He had NO reason to arrest her, or taser her. Those are suppose to be used for when the cop feels threatened. Not because they wanna arrest some woman who didn't make a single threatening action. She PLEADED to him...It's his fault more than hers. I grew up around good cops, I know BS when I see it.
narutardtedr 1 month ago in playlist More videos from CopsOutofControl
@narutardtedr She pulled away! She then went from being a passive resister (failure to adhere to verbal direction) to an active resister. That behavior subjects her to the possible use of a taser. She should have taken the ticket and complained to either the officer's superiors or the court. The street is not the place to hold court. She tried to use her kids in hopes that the officer would not arrest her. It was too late. I do think the officer could have not used the taser.
timmiet47321 1 month ago
@timmiet47321 Again she was non-violent and unarmed. A taser as far as i know is to be used on a suspect when the officer feels threatened, when he/she feels the person could be violent. But this woman didn't do that, yes she jerked away which puts her in a POSSIBLE position to get tased, due to the fact she is willing to resist. But without a solid reason, action, or implication of any sort to show she is willing to act violently, that sort of thing is just outlandish.
narutardtedr 1 month ago
@narutardtedr Pulling away is resisting and maked her a physical threat; failure to follow verbal direction does not. Ever watched a video of a subject pull away only to fight, flee, pull a gun, knife or kill? The chance that this woman would take it to that level is remote but she actively resisted. This would have been handled 100 different ways by 100 different officers but this is what we see. Would you feel differently if the officer was female, 5 ft tall and weighed 100 pounds?
timmiet47321 1 month ago
@timmiet47321 Again, she resisted, but she was not a threat. This lady looks like she could barely hold her own in a fight against a taco. Now she could use a gun, but i highly doubt she has the speed for that, being as...aged as she is. Would i feel better if the officer was female? No, why would that make anything better? What does the officer being male or female have to do with anything? The cops i grew up around didn't pull this crap, so i have a hard time with this.
narutardtedr 1 month ago
@narutardtedr I didn't ask if you would feel better but rather differently. Would you feel differently if the officer who stopped this woman was a small female. Perception plays a role in the way these things are viewed on all sides; the officer, the citizen and the public. There are many things at work in situations like this the dynamics of which cannot be adequately addressed by watching a few minutes if videotape. Happy Holidays to you.
timmiet47321 1 month ago
@narutardtedr the tazer is used to make an individual comply. Its solely based on if they are violent or a threat. He tried pulling her out.. that was the hands on try... didnt fully work. so he used the tazer and she complied.
ericerickson592 4 weeks ago
@ericerickson592 She was unable to make him comply. If she had a tazer maybe she could have got him to do the right thing which would have been to stop touching her, beg her forgiveness, give her all his money an quit his job, but I don't think she wants to be violent. Any other ideas?

@narutardtedr sorry I forgot to add not... i ment to say its not solely based on the person being violent or threatening. Rdenairius1991 1 month ago

Actually, Jaylee has very little understanding of anything. This is a guy who thought Britain lost the Falklands War and field hockey is played on horses! Oh and don't even try to explain time zones or quotation marks to him!

If you dont obey a cop with in 2 seconds, He becomes out of control.
Who in the hell cop's think the are. They are so use to get away with murder, they do anything that passes in their head.
We see some of their bad acting on film. But there is a lot more that is not on film.
We just see the tip of the iceberg and cops know about that. So go to hell you stupids tax payers.

AIRSOFTICATION 2 months ago
She wanted to see the tape, probably because she knew that she wasn't speeding. I wouldn't have thought of asking a police officer to see the dash cam footage. The police officer should have just told her that he couldn't show her the footage and ushered her back into her vehicle. If she was speeding as the police officer claimed, then it should be on the dash cam footage.

@kupigana The officer never changed the charges.. Disobeying a lawful order came after she got out of her car and didnt get back in when ordered toa long with other things she did.
nggaplz 2 months ago
@nggaplz Um, what happened to the alleged crime that caused him to pull her over? What happened to the footage from his dash camera that would have proved that she was speeding? These are things that police officers have when writing speeding tickets. Or do you really think the police offficer in the video clip pulled over a moving vehicle for "Disobeying a lawful order"?

@kupigana What if by crazy chance he was pulling over for speeding and when he first spoke to her he mentioned the cellphone? In my state and a few others its a secondary offense that cannot get you pulled over, but can warrant a citation. He pulled her over for that and she decided to take it in to her own hands and leave her car, refuse to get back in, when she saw he was serious she got back in against his orders. how do you not see how the disobey came from her lack of listening?
nggaplz 2 months ago

Thank god he had his camera on for this idiot woman.
nggaplz 2 months ago

Would you rather the cop taser her and then ticket her for every thing she did wrong or feel bad and only ticket for one thing
nggaplz 2 months ago
@nggaplz Using your own discretion isn't the same as lying about the events of a traffic stop. If the woman was actually speeding, the police officer would have cited her. If she was actually speeding, she would have been cited and there would have been evidence on the dash mounted camera. Not citing her for the crimes he accused her for draws his credibility into question.

and stop reposting the last part, its not relevant and doesnt help your argument.
nggaplz 2 months ago

I will no longer respond, I hope you understand the message here.
nggaplz 2 months ago
@nggaplz If the police officer pulled her over for breaking the law, she would have been cited. The lack of a citation for talking on a cell phone or speeding draws into question the honesty, credibility, character and overall professionalism of the police officer. It makes the judgement of the police officer seem suspect. The police officer who chose to use a taser.
