Education of our youth is the key to solving our long term problems. Most teens are clueless about civic duty, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, & economics. As a HS teacher, I see this everyday. This is a core problem with society. After the collapse, we'll need to rebuild our education system to be more practical and civic focused. So prepare now with all that you have learned. My experience of the British NHS is that it works ok-ish.

It is a safety net but its quite expensive. I think I pay 9% of my wage and my employer pays a few % as well.

Waiting lists are a problem, and you may have to move to an area where the NHS trust of that area pays for the treatment of your particular ailment.

Mass immigration seems to be the biggest problem though. NHS is going downhill fast because the taxpayer can't afford to pay for everyone entering Britain.
