Well actually the wealthy now are at a 33% tax rate while under Clinton they were under 39% and we had a surplus then. We are not only in a deficit now but are in debt to China. Redistribution of wealth to the top definitely doesn't work. The money never trickled down. I agree with you that the Bush era was a disaster to the middle class citizens and America as a whole.
