@EjenAmy: Practice exactly same movement on the floor and gradually raise your obstacles higher and higher.

umm..... ive always landed on the leg opposite of the one i took off on. is that a problem?

@hillexallen: Not at all, this tutorial is intended for beginners and from my experience of teaching I have notice that this way of learning kong vault is very efficient.
@hillexallen I usually land on the opposite leg also but ideally you should be able to decide in the air which leg you land on first.
