REJECTED Tragus piercing ='(

People, when you were a kid and you had a sliver you couldn't get out, did your parents ever tell you to leave it alone and your body would push it out eventually? That's basically what the body does with piercings. If its pierced too shallow (my belly button piercing was pierced too shallow) its in the active layer of skin and will be more easily rejected. I love the fact you have nearly all black jewellery in, looks so cool. Shame about the tragus...it's always a sad day when you have to take a piercing out. Might sound like a bit of a weird question but do you have thick/solid cartilage? My cartilage piercings always tend to migrate slightly but never reject. I recently got a tragus piercing each side and it is literally the hardest piece of cartilage I have ever felt. I would be so upset if they rejected :(

i've had my tragus pierced for 4 months now and it developed some odd almost keloid like ball around the piercing it would grow and shrink so annoying, now its just starting to go. bloody hassle this piercing.

I had mine done and it got really infected and started growing over the bar, so my dad had to cut the bar out my ear because I couldnt open it. My cartilage will not heal at all, so I planned to take it out and get it done once its healed up, but I cannot get the hoop out my ear!! I try bending the hoop, but it just hurts.... I dont know why but my ear piercings either never heal or get really infected :/

@ICH1liebe2DICH3erik Rejection is when your body just starts to mave the piercing out. It usually just happens with eyebrow and surface piercings, but it has happened with almost all other piercings.
