In the Intro pic, spy has lugermorph, demoman has dynamite stick, medic has vita-saw, and scout has SMG. but it was just early beta testing with those weps. soldier was originally supposed to have the Fan O War too.

if u look, the tf2 emblem at the beginning is not the final one, the scout is holding the sniper smg

It is from the teaser trailer, in which much of the character design, and the scout's pistol were different.
