I am purchasing my neko tomorrow. The neko is a great musical tool if you posses the skills to use it. I highly recommend that you consider taking some keyboard lessons. It will help improve you playing skills. Music business is tough and in order to get record deals your stuff has to sound better than thousands of demos that they receive from other people. I just got my first recording contract last month and i am glad invested in music lesson for piano and vocals. Good luck.

People do the same thing with VSTS instead of hardware, and those can be equally expensive. I cant imagine why you would still use the MPC to sequence when u have a Neko and i saw either nuendo or cubase running on the screen, unless its nastalgia.
