I totally sound like a Baylor lover; however, by no means...I'm a Sooner's fan. Since I made it clear Griffin is better than Richardson, you will resort to bashing Oklahoma, that's fine. Even when healthy, I questioned our lofty pre-season hype. But I will say, when a 10 win season is considered this overwhelmingly disappointing..says a lot about a program.

@jejesdad Ha..well, while Baylor was in the meat of their conference schedule, Alabama was playing southern Georgia? And looked very mediocre, mind you. Alabama beat two ranked teams also, let that sink in. Baylor definitely had the tougher schedule AND more meaningful wins; cuz the sec, besides Bama and Lsu..is not that good. Besides that, Big 12 is better.

@jejesdad Idk which rg3 you're watching, but the one i watched this season, is obviously the best player in the country. Who'd Alabama play the first game of the season? Some FCS team, and he had like 40 yards, 3 touchdowns also, but anybody coulda done that. That's worse than Griffin's game against Osu...players have bad games. It happens to the beat of em. Nobody playing college football can do the things Robert Griffin can do. I can think of a handful of backs as good as Richardson.

Getting 200+ passing yards in garbage time doesn't make you good....it means your team sucks and their defense isn't good, and this kid wouldn't last 8 weeks in the SEC, or the Big 10. He won simply because Luck didn't deserve it, and the voters didn't want an Alabama based player getting it 3 years straight.

That's not fair, if you go that route, you can say the same for WVU's Smith, he played very well against the best two corners in the country, along with the best, and NFL caliber secondary. Richardson did ok against a..while still good, less-vaunted lsu run defense. Can not win the heisman with one game.

Anyone that thinks the 5th ranked quarterback in his league deserves the Heisman, is a fool. Luck was there because of his daddy and his daddy's connections. He is good, but not near as good as others. Brandon Weeden was a MUCH better choice. To top that off, Griffin and Baylor were completely destroyed by OSU. 49-3 at the half, enough said. I am glad Griffin got it though.

Great wins over TCU, #5 Oklahoma, and dominating a top ten defense in Texas. For those who think he would have been dominated in the SEC....well give him SEC offensive linemen, receivers, and tight ends, and he would be just as dynamic! The heisman is an individual award, and as far as the nation sees it, Robert earned the award virtually alone. The Baylor defensive line is nothing, but griffin still held his own.
