the only channel that plays it on a schedule(or at all) is Anime Network, and that's only offered by a few companies. If you really want it though, you will go to Best Buy, Walmart, or their websites (suggested Walmart because it's cheaper) and buy the series. And all of Full Metal Panic! and all of The Second Raid.
