I always thought Tamaki's Grandmother was a bit like Umbridge. Very strict, wants things done her way, is 'in charge'.

I can see your point but I feel that there are few people in fiction who are toxic enough inside that they warrent a mix with Umbridge I mean shes bigotted, violent, she sends dementors after children and tortures those who challenge her. Tamaki's grandmothers bad, but she's not that evil.
