@AshleighRiot They didn't always play nice if you stood still. In the older games, they would still attack you, if my memory serves me correctly. I think because of the Silent Hill film's version of how they fought, Konami took it upon themselves to use that neat little trick. Isn't that handy? Thank you, movie world! ;]
