the best way to kill is to kill while driving a jeep . jeep will serve as armour + your own armour. and don't forget to find rpg in northwood! also you can steal river patrol boats, they are quite quick because there no cars in river to cause traffic jams that were one of reasons to fail missions. plus water has no streets. u can swim across)

NEVER USED CHEATS FOR GTA 4. BUT MISSION PROVED TO BE VERY HARD! I KILLED ALL THE GANGSTERS VIA HEADSHOTS, AND I GOT ONE STAR, I EXECUTED POLICEDUDES THEN SWATS... AND I GOT TWO STARS.. EVERYONE IN HEADSHOTS.. TWO STARS DOESN'T CALLING FOR HELICOPTERS AND RIVER PATROL SO THAT WAS COOL... I DECIDED TO GET OUT OF THAT HOSPITAL AND HIDE SOMEWHERE ON BEACH... I tried everything (EXCEPT CHEATS - I HATE CHEATERS ) , tried to kill all the cops - they calling for backups... .... MMMM!!!! I FOUND INTERESTING TRICK! If You have 1-2 start go to water... or... You know highway has two sides : right and left... ride left side instead.. If you have 3 stars.. commits suicide unless you're on mission.. hospital never take your gun

I went for the boat but it wasn't right by the dock, I had to try and swim to it and by then the cops pulled up in a boat themselves and shot me just as I was trying to get away. Best mission in the game but the worst at the same time cuz it's so hard. I've done it before last year so you'd think it'd be easier the second time around, but...nope.

@felixrivers1 My guess: The games have certain missions that are designed to be almost impossible. It keeps gamers addicted lol. If the missions were all easy and cheats worked all of the time, there would be less game rage but gamers would get bored quick Ex: Have you ever noticed that on some chase missions, the people drive 10x's worse than normal and SUDDENLY there are MULTIPLE buses and trucks that CONSTANTLY decide to switch lanes at the last minute? Just like ACB full sync requirements>.<

man i wish i couldve recorded how i beat this! i did the shit the extra hard way! i didnt even know there was a boat back there till i saw this video!!!!! extra angry!!! i jumped on the table the coke was on and climed up on the ceiling then jumped and slowly shimmied on the boards towards the back of the building, went down the ladder and shot my way through till i got to the truck in the front!! and sped and cut corners on the streets to get out the circle!!! took 20 tries dammmitt!!

Easy way to do this mission is to go behind the hospital and there is a ladder that goes up to the second flooryou have to kill a couple of guys butwhen you get the stuff, the cops and the other gtang members have a gun fight while you escape.

i usually go to the back of the hospital and climb the ladders at the back and take out overyone on the roof then blow up the bottom and when u get down u just snipe everyone un the corridor cross overto the nxt roomkill that guyand get the coke. it leaves 3 of the peoplealive but when the police comes thats when i getstuck :(
