NO, NO national govt infra-structure bank ! ! Obama would control it and dish out the money to HIS buddies; ie, those that give HIM money for HIS continuous campaigning, which HE's done since taking office!

Use the present existing State infra-structure banks as Congressman Cantor says.

As Congressman Cantor says - Obama still hasn't spent all that previous stimulus money. Why isn't that being spent instead of demanding more? Must be HE's saving that for HIS unions and other buddy buddies
