  • Hey just a little tip, when you are coming down, go all the way down but don't touch the ground, just go maybe an inch above the ground and then go up again, works a lot more and also stretches your body.

  • this is not the proper way to do Dragon Flags, it's a half-ass job. I've seen better videos. if you can do thirty sit ups you can do 5 dragon flags, it takes a little getting used to at first.

  • You should go down a little farther if you can, it starts to get a lot harder(and thus more beneficial) every inch further you go down. I'm just takling maybe another 6 inches or so, You were really stable though, pretty good.

    I disagree. his body should be moving too but only his legs are. i'm not sure if its a flexibility issue.

  • HungAzn, I agree with my statement. The exercise in this video is highly complicated. His form is excellent how you may ask? When he lets his legs down and leaving his body locked into place it puts more of a strain on the entire abdominal area, creating more work for the abdominal's. In this particular workout the abdominal's are flexed through the entire workout. If body moves as well, you're giving some what of a rest to your abs.

  • Ok I see where you're coming from. In my opinion though, the original dragon flag should be the whole body moving. But I agree that doing it that way would work on the abs more.

  • I do those for my workout too, but my feet go down past the bench... if you go to the very end of the bench your legs can go down a lot farther without anything but your shoulders and neck still touching.
