how do we revert back? I followed your video but when I set my gps to ROT the aircraft does turn left. How can I fix this problem?

Does the autopilot (ILS) flare the aircraft for you or do you manually do it

@iMentox for this video (luckily i re-watched it before leaving this comment) the autopilot flares it for me but usually for other videos i flare the aircraft myself :)

@tweiyang42 Well, sometimes when im "lucky" to get it right, the plane approaches at a wrong angle and misses. And sometimes it just flies somewhere else than the airport. I can use the gps autopilot, but can´t find out to use the ils landing

i need help! when i have turned to HDG 270,i enter the ILS freq of RWY 24 which is 108.3,i switch it to active and press the APP auto pilot. suddenly,the plane goes berserk and climbs and a steep angle,until it stalls , and crashes. i tried this auto pilot method in fs2004 and fsx and it works,but not for this. any mistakes?

@mephitguy hmmmm.. did you set the gps for the ILS approach before changing it to HDG 270 and then the APP button? because although using the gps is considered 'cheating', you can make sure your plane is aligned perfectly with the glideslope before handing it over to the approach system to descent your plane. :)

@tweiyang42 O.o im not very gd with the gps. i have been using that method for fs2004 and it works.but when it comes to fsx the plane doesn't seem to land by itself. i think i shld get a controller. the keyboard way is not gonna work. i will try ur way and see whether it works

For my first try I forgot to turn off the auto pilot and just after landing the plane accelerated like crazy :)

Or do you buy the airports Amsterdam/Rotterdam/Londen?

I see on the radar by 3:15 a airport on the radar and that is i think Rotterdam?

@Joricko14 all the airports are actually included with FSX, its just that the scenery on the airport (control tower, runway, etc) are different from real world..... but no worries because we can download the scenery from third party websites... :)

Great video, thank you. I'm only wondering, how do I taxi, because if I want to taxi in the rain, my plane will just go backward, even with full throttle. There's probably something that I didn't read, but can you tell me in short? Thanks.

@GoldLeader272 hmmm.. did you activate the push back function (Shift+P) ?? If so then i think you forgot to deactivate it before starting to taxi... that's why the plane is going backwards even on full throttle =)
