people cry hoax but they are the ones who see ghosts,Bigfoot, UFO's, crop circles,Loch Ness monsters and the list goes on . The American's did land on the moon Apollo 11 had to broad cast direct to Parks Dish in New South Wales in Australia first because the Moon was on our side of the world when Arnstrong walked on the Moon.

Oh, my mistake. It was helium-3 that I meant. Not hydrogen. Helium-3 could be a very important material for alternative energy:

This is the ultimate goal of Project Constellation aside from manned and unmanned lunar bases on the moon. The moon holds a lot of green energy potential with Helium-3, soil that can be boiled into drinkable water, and space for solar panel fields.

25tons, you must remember, energy demand is always on the rise, and when do you think this is going to fully come out? 5, 10? 30 years? It's far too expensive, and time consuming. The latest focus is using mirrors directed at the ground in order to not need fuel to extract the helium-3. The temperatures needed are very high. It will be a lenthy process to extract large amounts at once. This stuff will be in research for a while. Stay tuned though. Much potential in this.

I agree that solar energy from the moon might prove to be cheaper than Helium-3. Solar energy requires very little conversion and can transport itself.
