  • wow...look at that old buick commercial!!!

  • 7:40

"Then how are you gonna put him out!"

    LOL

  • I wish my rent was 5:00 a month,mine iz 800

  • Just came from watching the odd couple next up is star trek(if I can find it) reliving the good old days

  • THE GENERAL! LOL

  • It would have been epic if when Alice said "you're going to drag this poor soul into it with you" and Ralph went into the bedroom, there had been a knock on the door and it was the Poor Soul there.

  • Wow, a different announcer, is this the way the show orginally aired, even with a car commercial....good stuff, thanks for sharing this original opening/////

  • What's with the opening credits? Sound different... Buick...?

  • The announcer in this episode is terrible. The usual announcer is so much better.

  • @uLOVEjULZ This announcer was none other than Jack Lescoulie.

  • gee BUICK What the hell is a Buick... lol

  • @misterbillylicious It's one of the surviving automobile brands from General Motors.

  • I used to know a Mrs. Vanderbilt, and boy, was she built...lol

  • Ralph protest that the rent is TOO DAMN HIGH!

  • "get a load of mrs vanderbilt" lol

  • another great episode...thanks sooo much!!

  • Luis Van Rooten, a fine movie, radio and TV actor, appeared as "Mr. Johnson" (and also in "Dial J For Janitor").

  • this episode was the first honeymooners I ever saw. it was on at 11 pm on New York's chanel 11 on New Years eve (not sure what year lol maybe 85) and was hooked ever since.

  • I remember WPIX Channel 11

  • @bobbystj yes hehe wpix 11 showed the odd couple, the honeymooners, then star trek..awesome 2 hours of tv

  • @bobbystj I am also from New York so I can say that you are wrong, The Odd Couple was on at 11 on chanel. The Honeymooners was on at Midnight then Star Treck and then the Twilight Zone

  • @truvianni Yes. I remember that, too. I remember sitting in Brooklyn, watching in TV heaven for hours. :) Also remember the Scooter broadcasting the Yankee Games on channel 11, along with Bill White. Great times. :)

  • @colorbakery I never liked baseball but I do remember for Phil Rizuto (not sure of his name but I am sure he was Italian like me) but more for a commercial he did for The Money Store which I heard was not exactly an honest business

  • @bobbystj just like me...wow...same city, channel, time and approx. year...wow...

  • My Favorite!

  • That Landlord was tough. He did not back down!

  • I love this episode -- thanks !!
