Lol. It's a little humiliating. I had been at a party that evening and when I was called to the farm I had no time to stop for a shirt that I could get dirty, so here I am - shirtless on youtube

cool vid, but just a tip next time wrap the mare's tail that way it will b easier 2 c the foal.

This mare did have a difficult delivery and was pretty exhausted by the time the foal was delivered. As I recall this was a chestnut filly. She is some type of warmblood, though I can't recall exactly which breed. I'll check out the video of your colt this evening when I get home from work and have more time. Congratulations again on the new addition.

Congratulations on the colt! This wasn't my mare, but she stayed down for about 20 minutes after the foal was born.

Perfect. This is how it should be done! There's another video on here featuring a black mare that's shows an abyssmal amount of intereference. I hope people look at this as the better example!
