Cliffy I love ya but you dropped the ball on the matchmaking in Gears 2. In Gears1, you guys put the multiplayer like last minute you guys weren't even sure if you were going to have it but in Gears2 you had your sweet time to perfect it and what did you do...yeah fuck it up. Dont get me wrong Gears 2 is fun in private matches and LAN where lag is genuinely reduced, but the online matchmaking is just a joke along with the True Skill bullshit. Half the time it doesnt even work

Gears 2 has CSHD. Don't take my word for it, in Gears 2 you don't have to lead your shots like you did in Gears 1.

The shotgun doesn't have the "ghosted" effect like the Lancer and HB does. But it definantely has CSHD. Just not a very inconsistant one.

If you shoot a moving target in Gears 2 with a shotgun, your shot will eventually register.

However, when the game is completly unplayable, it switches to Server Sided.

Very, very good interview! I've been waiting for them to talk about this shit, rather than all the other crap. I just really care about what their doing online and the whole host advantage thing, and all the other tweaks. Thanks for the upload man!!
