On the album "Riot!" by Paramore, the song "Born For This" (track 11) includes the pre-chorus "We want the airwaves back, we want..." This bit of lyrics and music was taken almost verbatim from the song "Liberation Frequency" on the album "The Shape of Punk to Come" by Swedish hardcore band Refused.

Now, it's obvious that this is a nod from Paramore to a band that they respect and have been influenced by in some way. Should Dennis Lyxzen sue Paramore?

1) They can't be sued because the album is offered for free download and handed out free at shows. They don't make a profit.

2) It's just a joke. Like all the different "London Calling" styled album covers that came out since the original album.

3) Whether you believe me or not, I suggested that they do this simply "because it would be funny." Neither the band or I am expecting them to boom in popularity because people accidentally think they are getting a paramore album. No offense to them.
