The automatic reaction of people who are convinced, that earth can hold any number of people and resources will last forever. All will be fine until the first raw material becomes rare. Substituting it will only drain faster the material used as a substitute. What is the "human right" to have more than 3 children worth compared to the future of all mankind? How much freedom and individualism would be left in a world with 9, or 12 or 25 billion people?

Nobody needs to be killed in order to reduce world population back to a sustainable number. Children do not come from the holy ghost and contraceptives can be made widely available. People should stand up against the churches, who are actively encouraging poor, uneducated families to have many children.
