Complicated lyrics with metaphors also have their charm, but in the 60s, sometimes it wasn't what was required. When you are in love, you can talk about how nice the girls hair is, or how beautiful the man's eyes are, but when you come down to it, saying ' I love you' is the most effective, isnt it?^^
