On the top menu bar during mission briefings/editor, etc one of the menus will have the option to "record track" or something to that effect. When you click it it will automatically start the mission you're looking at. Then when you exit the mission it will prompt you to put in a name and save. Name it and pick the folder for the destination, click save, and voila! When you watch it later it's like the tracks that came on it, you can move the camera, speed up/slow down time, etc. Or use fraps.

THe intro build up is from the movie "The Island", called ""The craziest mess i've ever seen". Next,when you hear the 4 "Bang *pause* BANG *pause* BAng* .. that's actually from a track from "The Matrix".
