  • whos your dad?

  • Ex-FDNY rig?

  • Na, new in i think it was 04. Camden City is a paid department.

  • @barkracing02 nah i dont think so thats not an 04 rig that is an ex fdny rig and fixed up in 04

  • No, My buddy is the Captain of the rig. Definitely not Ex-FDNY. Brand New in 04, its an 04 rig. The only thing the city has thats used is a few reserve hahns that were formerly from Chews Landing. Everything else in Camden was bought new.

  • @barkracing02 Camden Nj Runs a fleet of 7 2003/2004 Seagrave engines, all the same except Squad 7 that has roll up compartments in the rear, they all have the FDNY like stripes. Tiller 2 is a 2002 seagrave tiller looks like FDNY also. Tower 3 is an 03 75' tower. Rescue 1 is a 04 seagrave, with FDNY striping again. None are ex fdny and like barkracing said there is a few reserve hahns from their old fleet nd 2 from Chews Landing.

  • @barkracing02 Then how come it has the fdny stripes on it?

  • What are you talking about "barkracing02". Don't talk shit about my Dept. You have no idea what you are talking about. You are just some Volly from outside Camden that comes in to film the trucks.

  • You got a problem with Vollies? Let me explain something to you, we do this shit 24/7 so you sure as shit arent better than us so don't act like it. Second, I have nothing but the utmost respect for the Camden City Fire Department but my comment was referring to the trucks that are up at EPI every week, they need routine maintenance which they are not getting. This comes from a couple capts that are personal friends. Like I said you got a problem with Volunteers you come say it to my fuckin crew

  • That my Dad in the front seat

  • lovely seagrave

  • If only theyd take better care of them

  • Allow me to elaborate on this since people are getting the wrong message. Some of the trucks in the fleet are constantly, and I mean constantly, out of service and this is for 2 reasons. 1- is because they dont have a preventive maintenance program and 2- is because no one looks at them AT ALL until its too late and are already at EPI being repaired. I have nothing but respect for the men and the department as a whole but the trucks get beat to hell and even the people who work on them say so...

  • Nice rig (naturally, it's a Seagrave!!!)
