Just got these off ebay for around $100 (b/c fukn Canadian price is $180) and the quality is nothing beyond the the Philips SHE5910 Virtual Surround Sound Headphones (in my openion), which (were my previous pair of in-ear headphones and) cost only $20.

So what you're paying for with approximately 90% of the price is a fancy remote (that only works on iDevices) and some cute ear hooks (which do come in handy), that's a fukn $160 here in Canada. Sound Quality or Appearance, the choice is yours ;)

I went from minster turbines to diddybeats to tours and I think powerbeats ate the best. Bass is not a problem at all and they just stay put don't come out no matter what a very annoying occurrence with in ear buds jammed in your ear.

@l2aNsoM I was wondering that too, so I went to best buy & asked the worker & he said the only difference between the two is that the Tours have the anti-tangle cable, somewhat better sound quality, & better sound isolation. But the beats line all have great sound so the greater sound quality doesn't matter so much. Basically your just paying 30 extra bucks for the anti-tangle cable. Also, it's more durable.

If you are looking for a pair of ear buds to just walk around with, casually, buy the tours, not the new cheap ibeats, but the TOURS (+ controltalk if you have a smartphone/good ipod) because the cable is tangle free (kicks ass) and you'd look silly walking around with the power beats' ear hooks.

If you are planning on getting a pair for working out, power beats hands down.

Unfortunately Powerbeats comes with usual cable (not the Anti-Tangle one) and less ear tips. But, i like Powerbeats ather than tour. Because Powerbeats wont go from your ear, it's cheaper, and it has a better model
