  • Nokia Lumina 900

  • @sciences8 Hehe... The curved screen "pentile I think" isn't as tough as the gorilla glas on the S2. But then again, they'll probably put pentile on the S3 as well. They are also giving the S3 a different multitasking and they also promised PC capacities... I hope we can trust them though:P

  • Just tested going back to Youtube after opening another app. It paused the video and had to reload, but started off from where I left it. With 4G, the loading time is near instantaneous so I don't see how that could be a problem.

  • 35 iFanboys passed by..

  • No one can beat webOS multitasking!!

  • @ahwebOS

The guy who headed webOS development now works for google as co-lead developer for Android. Sorry son, but Android took best multitasking software with ICS.

  • @yodude010 The apps doesn't restart. It starts the video from where you ended it. I have the Galaxy Nexus and I can run games, youtube and a lot of stuff without them getting restarted. Though I'd rather have Quad Core smartphone soon just for the speed. Hehe... And Galaxy Nexus feels even more plastic than S2. Which is irritating...

  • @eDme

Still feels way better than my old Incredible. I actually don't mind the build quality that much. As long as it resists scratches and drops, that's all I need.

  • They should use the swype keyboard to put the final nail in the ios coffin.

  • His friends types frkn fast @0:21

  • @Mattias01001010 Try touchPal keyboard. Free awesome android app that lets you slide, with auto complete, predictive text, and even voice dictate.

  • @Mattias01001010 not ..

  • Then I must reload the video from the beginning

  • Fucking apple idiots, they are so fucking stupid. Buying an iphone, wtf is wrong with them? IT'S INFERIOR!

  • @airfoemoe What the fuck is wrong with you, judging people based on what phone they use? If people like the iPhone let them be, it's a subjective matter. It's not factually inferior.

  • @DontPickMePlease It's hardware is weaker, the OS is more restrictive, and they do not have 4g.Don't be stupid, most of the crazed lunatic iphone fanatics talk about if we do not have one we are just jealous or poor. Our phones cost the same! It's not like they ever tried android, they judge the product without ever using, so fuck them. They are holding technology back.

  • @airfoemoe That's all true, but guess what?

Some people (some completely sane people that aren't "so fucking stupid," and are probably less ignorant than you are) don't give a shit what phone they have as long as it's a smartphone, it looks good, and it can access their Facebook.

The lunatic iPhone fanatics ARE pretty ignorant and narrow-minded, almost as much as you. Stop pigeon-holing iPhone users; there are the "casual" and the "extreme junkie."

  • @DontPickMePlease They should care, they could have just got a windows phone 7 or a android. No need to support scumbags like apple, they hate progress. You need to stop pretending like it's just a phone purchase. Remember when adobe was developing flash for mobile? Yea they stopped because apple refused too many times. It's a shame too.

  • @airfoemoe The problem is IT IS JUST A FUCKING PHONE PURCHASE. Don't go around generalizing people's behavior BASED ON THE PHONE THEY FUCKING HAVE. It's. Just. A. Phone.

  • @DontPickMePlease Yea a terrible one at that. Iphones hold technology back, be vocal or sit there while this awful technology hold us back. fuck that shit.

  • @airfoemoe They're not holding technology back. We have 5" Android phones, and Android phones with 1.2GHz dual-core processors (very soon quad), and 4.3" Android phones with resolutions you'd find on a 15" Mac, and Android phones with both up to date interiors AND a full QWERTY keyboard (myTouch 4G Slide and Droid 4, even though the Droid 4 has a locked bootloader and no plans for ICS....fuck Motorola)....if the iPhone was holding technology back then EVERY phone would be like the iPhone.

  • @DontPickMePlease Well adobe gave up on flash for mobile because of the multiple attempts to get it on ios failed, apple's stubbornness killed the adobe flash fun for other devices because software devs see ios as the profit machine for apps (for now). Also, The Droid 4 is getting ICS (it's on the verizon website), so you're misinformed. Moto made their recent phones to not have swappable batteries, seems like Apple influenced that. Google bought Motorola, so their kinks should be ironed out.

  • I just got my galaxy nexus and love it. i must say switching from a iphone to it was fucking awesome. i always though android sucked dick till i got one. only thing that is surprising is its made of plastic. i miss the stainless steel.

  • I really don't know why they call it "multi-tasking." Multi-tasking is when you have 2 or more applications open at the same time in front of you--like watching a movie and having a Facebook tab open at the same time on your computer. This is just having an application run, in paused mode, in the background. No mobile OS will ever have multi-tasking because it's too impractical to have 2 or more applications open at the same time on one small 4.3" screen.

  • @DontPickMePlease

    Symbian does have that. D:

  • @Uzerc Seriously? Post a video.

    What phones are Symbian on?

  • @DontPickMePlease

Nokia phones. I have one, but can't post a video, sorry.

    Here's a video: /watch?v=uak1U2PpjzA

  • @Uzerc That's pretty cool. You mean you could, for example, run a game in one "home screen," switch to the next for IM...and you'd be getting messages WHILE your game is playing in the background?

  • My HTC Sense phone already has this.

  • makes me want to buy a windows phone more.

  • Feels like a school video -__-

  • @AJ06 Because its aim for stupid people that has an iphone.

  • This feature is available even on an entry level android phone. Thanks to the Free App Smart Taskbar. Though it doesn't have the Eye Candies, it has some extra features (switching to fav. app or widget or any app at ANY point

  • how about you switch back to youtube after going to G+.

  • @nestedstop impossabruuuu

  • @nestedstop You hit the Multitasking button at the bottom and tap your Opened Youtube window.... You must be new.

  • @rysko17 it was irony I think

  • @nestedstop i was thinking the same thing!!!!...the app would probably just start over, and that beats the purpose of multitasking

  • @nestedstop you would be required to play the video again from the very start which really annoys me.

  • @nestedstop Press the multitask button on the bottom right and click youtube

  • Comment removed

  • I know...its awesome!!!!

    the best phone...i've ever seen...

  • I knew it already -_-``

  • R.I.P iPhone 5...

  • clock y u no work??? ^^ its always 4:00

  • Thums up if you are watching this with galaxy nexus

  • you don't you just take the multitasking interface of webOS since hp has no balls and wont protect any of their ideas.

  • @CatHatMen or google took the lead designer of webOS (Matias Duarte) on board for ICS

  • @screaminghobos exactly. i just wish he made it a bit more webOS like since hp probably wouldn't have done anything about it. with android the multitasking is all dependent on you knowing where everything is. with webOS you just put things in neat little stacks much like an actual desk or organizer.

  • I had the iPhone for 2 years and switched to Android. From the looks of it, the iPhone UI hasn't changed at all...I mean, it was cool in 2007 but we all know how the rest goes

  • I love my Galaxy Nexus :)

  • @eaturcrap Me too!

  • i was hoping all from you google and you come with this shittye fragmentated java laggy buggy batteryusesless android, android will be the new symbian only masses but not the real thing

  • nokia n9 has the best multitasking till now

  • apple has quality.#1 customer satisfaction/those who say apple doesnt let u customize must never heard about jailbreak.remember peepz, iphone is way better than any other smartphone, reason being quality, droid phones become slow with time, there battery back, processing speed all goes low, bbut in apple.its all same.

  • @karansharma007 Iphone sucks. Source: living in a family w 4 Iphones 4. All are still using them because of contracts.

  • I dont know why iphone needs a dual core...it doesnt even multi task...

  • Iphone is just a new nokia...easy for kids to tap on apps... nothing special i had it...boring..and notification bar? I wonder where they ot that from

  • All you fanboys fighting which is the better phone when I'm enjoying both the Galaxy Nexus and iPhone 4S.

  • @RoyaleCafe Do you also eat debt and regurgitate it as cash???

  • @JonBj2 Sorry no debt here :)

  • Why isn't there background music :( ?

  • saludos de brazil

  • I have the gs2 and I love it :D

  • Pantelos96 name a better CPU than ti omap 4460?

  • i have nothing against android but the bbm integration on blackberry is much more functional. but it is still better then iphone

  • It doesn't matter what video i go to about phones it's always a war between apple and android fanboys you guys need to fucking grow up already!

  • Stuck on a original droid -- Is the Galaxy Nexus freaking amazing? it looks like it.

  • this phone lags.... it should have a better cpu...! :/

  • i noticed lag. :o

  • This person types really slow

  • how do i know this video is a lie? someone is using Google +

  • shame the battery sucks in this thing

  • @ConflickerWorm Here's hoping the non-restrictive case (ie you can open it) allows us to upgrade the battery in the future. Maybe Samsung will release better batteries we can buy at a nice price? They said they are looking into improving battery life... so that could mean better efficiency in batteries, or software.

  • what ? iPhone?? na never herd of it but have u see this sexy phone ^^

  • samsung phones are shitty

  • @IS0iOS Your mom was WHAT in bed? Ok...

  • @ReaperScythe666 bro, before you tell everyone your fantasy, go get laid you nerdy virgin.

  • @IS0iOS Worst answer ever ^^

  • @ReaperScythe666 WOW yours is soo much better...

  • @IS0iOS Good one dude! :)

  • Loving my Galaxy Nexus. Now if Google can unfuck the Chromebook we'd be set.

  • what about the youtube video ?

  • or i can just ask siri when the nearest coffee shop is...

  • Comment removed

  • @sethdun10 And I can ask Google where the nearest coffe shop is, too. Same one button/verbal request step. We've all been able to do that for a long time now.

  • I should be getting mine in 3 days. So far I only have one complaint without having using it extensively Google, what were you thinking with that app launcher button???? It looks terrible and out of place in my opinion. How about some sort of 3d cube or something??

  • I cant wait to get this phone in a week !

  • @FugazStar That's not my point, weather its a ad, or tutorial, apple has better marketing, yes this a how to but still watching this doesn't make consumers really want it, it doesn't give the phone the "WOW THAT'S COOL" Look that it deserves, its just something android can work on in order to get people how are new to android hooked...

  • Ok. But nobody uses Google+.

  • promise me google nexus, promise me there's won't be some kind of failed bugs and lags which going to fuck off android 4.0

  • i still remember when google was just a search engine...

  • Justin, you have no taste whatsoever. True story.

  • you guys shot this at a dog park?

  • I Like This! Well I nedd One Nexus Quad core!!!

  • Yikes, that was gross and sloppy. So far, I am not impressed with the UI.

  • @justin76pa I'm glad Android doesn't have to have a prissy little bitch on it's customer base anyway. Go critique how someone's shit stinks when it's obvious your's doesn't. While you're at it, critique how this phone has only 5mp and how you're not impressed.

Then critique me for pointing out how you make feminine comments and sound like a prissy bitch. Fuck you.

  • @GodDamnit7711 Whoa, why are you taking this so personal? Relax, it's just a phone, not a religion.

  • @justin76pa I work at a place where I deal with snooty prissy bitches like you every day so I dislike them and you very much so.

  • @GodDamnit7711 So you're working behind the counter of McDonald's. Got it. That is rough.

However, it doesn't change the truth; the Android user interface is ugly. Ice Cream sandwich has made some major improvements, but the UI needs alot of work.

  • @justin76pa :) I'm glad you need to implement the use of a strawman fallacy so you can justify your prissy bitchness.

The "truth" is a matter of opinion in this case but I don't expect you to realize this. Now, go find an Apple phone and masturbate on it cause it's obvious your a fag. You probably have no life, your probably ugly as hell, and you have probably gotten your lunch money punked from you plenty of times.

    See ya later nerd.

  • @GodDamnit7711 The distorted, psychotic thoughts have left your mind and entered the real world for all to see. Careful, you're exposing yourself to everyone and it is quite disturbing.

  • @justin76pa Nothing will help the fact that your a hopeless nerd. It must be hard being ugly.

  • @GodDamnit7711 Some more crazy has gotten out...

  • @justin76pa Man, you're just so hurt huh? I'm sorry.

  • @justin76pa hmm I think it looks better than ios ..which is just an ugly screen full of app boxes...better looking than blackberries os as well...with 150 million+ users i'm sure there doing something right.

  • @frankliu532 It is definitely better looking than the Blackberry OS and seems to be more user friendly, but I am not sold on whether it looks better than iOS. However, as an overall OS, functionality included, appears to be better than iOS.

  • @justin76pa im sorry but how can you like the fake "real world textures" on ios? Its not sleek and looks cartoonish. The black and blue high contrast ui on a amoled screen like the nexus is far more elegant and classy than ios.

  • @justin76pa well it is personal preference. lol I just find the iphone way too simple, some people like it some people hate it.

P.S it is extremely easy to make an android look like an ios but really hard to make ios look like android.

  • @frankliu532 You're right. People who like Android, like the ability to modify aspects of the OS and customize its look. I want to avoid that. I want my phone to be fast without losing much in the way of battery life. The funny thing is, everyone who has attacked me, assumes I am an iPhone user. LOL I'm not.

Windows Phone is tops! I own a first generation Windows Phone, the Dell Venue Pro, which runs WP7.5 (7720).

P.S. Thanks for not being one of the hateful responders.

  • @justin76pa lol I have not attacked, I was just telling you my opinion.

P.S I am an iphone user lol

  • @justin76pa oops did not see your P.S. haha

  • @justin76pa i agree, i am an android user, but i wish i have a wp with me together with my android, wp is for you to be efficient, android is for you to be all out, and iOS is just for you to be cool..

  • @justin76pa in what way is android 4.0 ugly? The fact that the ui doesn't look like a toy like ios with its "real world textures". I'm sorry but high resolution wood textures do not look good on a phone ui. The high contrast black and blue on ics coupled with a amoled screen is elegant and beautiful.

  • @farhan007 The AMOLED screen is very nice. Was testing one the other day. The home screen reminds me of the Blackberry homescreen. Yes, there are differences like the animated backgrounds in ICS, but the icons and menu at the bottom is very RIMish. However, what DID impress me was the speed. Very fast OS.

  • @GodDamnit7711 Did you really put an apostrophe in "yours?" You seem like guy who thinks being smart means you're an ugly, anti-social nerd/geek. I'm sorry that you're dumb, and are jealous of people that are smart and try to put them down. Screaming that someone is nerd makes you look really stupid.

  • @ChrisKornerz Haha! A you're one of those prissy grammar people huh? Yup, I do put people down who put me down. It's natural for me. You're making yourself look really stupid.

  • @GodDamnit7711 I love how everyone you talk to is a prissy bitch, which probably makes you one as well. He didn't put you down either, he posted a comment and you replied saying you're a prissy bitch.

  • @ChrisKornerz I'm sorry, it seems you've got some Apple's in your vagina.

  • @GodDamnit7711 Yup, you make so much sense.

  • I got this for Christmas!!! :D

  • i'm sorry, the implicit requirement for users to all be on Google+ is annoying... does it integrate with other platforms or are they really after world domination?

  • Day 3 of looking for 1998Kahn's comment. All hope seems lost

  • Alright I made a mistake sorry people make them but android and apple in all have stole ideas from each other alright that's a fact!

  • I think that google took notification center and pretty much everything that the iPhone 4s has to offer, google is trying to pass it as there own idea like you swipe down from the top to bring up the notification center on the google phone but apple came up with that already it's called IOS 5

  • @1998Kahn Android had notifications since 1.6. That is iOS3

  • @1998Kahn Are you actually this stupid? Android has had pull-down notifications since 2008, when the T-Mobile G1 was released. Apple copied that feature straight from Android . Silly sheep.

  • @fioszip this may be the only thing apple copied from android; the hole OS is copied from Apple

  • @fioszip Apple copied it from Android. Android copied it from Maemo. Copy-copy party.

  • @TheCrashProject Actually this is reminding me of Windows Mobile.

  • @iAdrianT Or Windows Phone, you mean? They're different.

  • @TheCrashProject No, I meant what I said, Mobile not WP7. It's really... close

  • @1998Kahn u stupid alot

  • @1998Kahn Your comment honestly made me laugh out loud. The lack of knowledge people have who state false information with such confidence, just amazes me..

  • Comment removed

  • google basically took everything from iPhone 4s and is passing it of as there own

  • @1998Kahn lol like multitask- oh wait android had that before, what about notific-? oh wait android had that too, Dual co-? nope 1080p video recording? umm,...wait, what was your argument again?

  • @MrMusicalbumuploader Flawless victory, sir. Flawless indeed.

  • @1998Kahn I think you got the names messed up. Just switch 'google' and 'iPhone 4s', and I totally agree with you.

  • @1998Kahn Apple copies Android all the time

  • I regret buying my iPhone 4S now.

  • @Alien5p Dont regret you still have a good phone you just coulda done a bit better ;). Guess theirs always the next nexus right?

  • @Alien5p apps

  • @Alien5p i got the nexus and its awesome. also i already droped it like 6 times and no damage what so ever!

  • @Alien5p trust me, you don't. i had an android and its cool in the ideal world, but the iPhone is easier to use and also has maps. and no one uses google plus

  • @GUMMSHOW that's cuz you are "a sofa king tard"

  • @chemicalashes i don't know what that means. google just doesn't have the formula to make a truly great HARDWARE-BASED product. the search engine and youtube are great, but check out some of the reviews of their android phones. they're not so great, whereas the iPhone 4 was #1 in customer satisfaction

  • @GUMMSHOW The iPhone is #1 in customer satisfaction because their users don't know any better. I don't know if you've seen the samsung "next big thing" ad with the iphone junkies waiting in line for their 4S that was already behind the curve before it even came out, but youtube it. The top tier Android superphones have everything the iPhone has and more, except a music download service (but Google Music is coming soon). Hardware? Android had dual-core phones a year before Apple.

  • @bumbly1 Google Music is already out! There is a music category in the market :)

  • @bumbly1 The iPhone is #1 in customer satisfaction because when someone has a problem with their phone, Apple fixes it. Meanwhile, I'm stuck with a Nexus One that can't make it through a day without a problem, and Google says to call HTC for support, and HTC says to call Google. Android phones need better harware because their operating system is not optimized like iOS.

  • @CalenJones

That's only because you don't know how to properly use Android OS. Your still used to iOS where everything is spoon fed to you like a baby.

  • @ThechosenDemon To reconnect to a 3G signal, for example, if have to enter the hidden diagnostics menu (dial *#*#4636#*#*), reset the antenna, and re-enter my carrier address. It takes about 10 minutes, and it's something I do multiple times a day. I've never actually owned an iOS device myself.

  • @CalenJones

    Menu->settings->wireless and networks-> data connection.

    Much. much easier.

  • @ThechosenDemon Wow, I can't believe I didn't think of trying that before researching the complete inner workings of my phone to find the most obscure solution. You sir, are a GOD of tech support. Next time, you should start your advice with either: "Is it plugged in?" or "Did you turn it on?"

  • @CalenJones

    ...?

  • @ThechosenDemon Plain English: your suggestion would be the first thing any slightly competent person would try. Since it doesn't help in this particular situation, the solution is a more complicated process found through further research.

  • @CalenJones dude, maybe that's just because you somehow screwed up your APN settings.. happened to me when i used those widget app that toggles 2G/3G settings by modifying your APN and stuff.. if all else fails, just do a factory reset.. or contact your carrier, since you said about re-entering your carrier address..

oh, btw, that 4636 spells "INFO" in your keyboard.. nice, right? :)

  • @bayusuputra1302 I had don't multiple factory reset, and every reset option in the boot loader. The Android OS was updated a few times, and the problem persisted. Now I've loaded Ice Cream Sandwich onto it and the antenna works fine. So what's a good explanation?

  • @CalenJones hhmm, i am not really sure, then.. are you rooted? if yes, maybe there are some connectivity apps that you accidentally delete and the OS update may not bring that back? or maybe you are the unlucky few to get lemon copy.. but if now you have the ICS in your Nexxus One (which is great i think) and the problem is resolved, then there's should be nothing to worry about anymore, right? anyway, Nexus One should be waaaay out of warranty by now, so there's nothing to lose when you root :)

  • @ThechosenDemon That's only half true. Features on iOS are either "spoon fed" or not available at all.

For example, the 3G data connection setting you guys are talking about hasn't been available on iOS until version 3 or so (that was the last iOS version I used, I don't know whether they've made it available in the mean time).

  • @CalenJones Again, at least on Android, every problem has a solution. iOS on the other hand either works for you or it doesn't.

If you need a particular setting or feature that Apple doesn't allow, you're lost. And no, Apple will not fix it for you. They will tell you that they know best how you should use your phone and if that doesn't work for you, learn to use it "differently" (i.e. the way Apple wants you to).

  • @drphysx For some reason that doesn't sound like a good defence. Say I wasn't a technical person with this particular problem? Who would fix it? Would a technician told me that if I want to use my phone I'd have to perform this procedure multiple times a day? No, they would fix it. Google and HTC denied 3G antenna problems with the Nexus One, and never presented a solution - I made my own. So you're saying that Android is awesome because when the company abandons you, it's not 100% hopeless.

  • @CalenJones and i don't think that's an antenna problem.. maybe you got a lemon? i have never actually heard from any review or tech news that the nexus one has antenna problem.. even my friend's nexus one still going strong after he bought it during the launch in my country.. more like a software problem to me..

  • @bumbly1 Google Music is already out!! I've bought lots of songs on my phone, and it's way better then iTunes!! :D

  • @bumbly1 "The iPhone is #1 in customer satisfaction because their users don't know any better"

It says a lot about you that you're insecure enough to insult people, in order to justify your technology purchases. It isn't a war, these are phones (and yes, i've owned both android and iOS devices). No amount of snooty adolescent posturing is going to change that these are just phones. Grow up.

  • @bumbly1 Amazon MP3
