yup there's some instances that a rape scene might occur in dramas in every country, but I'm an avid drama addict and I've seen a fair amount of dramas coming from a lot of countries but only in Thai dramas I have encountered such high amount of such scenes specially coming from the lead character, as if the only way to initiate premartial sex is to force woman in doing it. and i have to cringe every time they end up having a happy ever after with a man who initiated such traumatic experience.
If you guys can't stand the Drama then don't watch it but don't put down a culture... this is a Drama and as such will have lots of DRAMA... in any race.

I know a girl who was raped by a male friend she actually fancied. And when she came to me after that incident, I was horrified at the amount of pain it has caused her.Basically, she wants to kill herself. And then she was torn between her feelings towards that boy and the physically instinctive disgust at the sight of him. She was so tortured by this she became a bit mentally unstable (in simple term, insane). That's why I'm outraged at this ''rape=potential love '' propaganda.
I find those people who actually enjoyed this part to be completely idiotic. You clearly have never even come across a rape victim, and don't understand the emotional trauma this could cause, especially to the faint hearted. Ken received the award for this role, also he played in Sood Saneaha and received the award as well. It's really shocking for me because in my country a soap with rape scenes would never be aired simply because the viewers would be disgusted and shocked. What kawee did to Narin was brutal and cruel. I know a girl who was raped by a male friend she actually fancied. I find those people who actually enjoyed this part to be completely idiotic. You clearly have never even come across a rape victim, and don't understand the emotional trauma this could cause, especially to the faint hearted. This whole violence might be an aspect of Thai culture that is considered acceptable, but to put it into love dramas for which the target audience is young girls is very socially damaging.

Ken received the award for this role, also he played in Sood Saneaha and received the award as well. Many actors, actresses have their abilities for the same roles but who can do best is the director's decision, and this one was Ken.

I'm sorry but I really don't understand your comment. I don't want to be offensive however I fail to understand how rape or violence against women seems to be so common in thai dramas. It's really shocking for me because in my country a soap with rape scenes would never be aired simply because the viewers would be disgusted and shocked. What kawee did to Narin was brutal and cruel. Losing your virginity like this is surely traumatic and most certainly leaves deep emotional scars.
