So, I have beaten the Elite for at least 100 times. Everytime, I would let this music play some before I battled the Elite trainers because the song is pure awesomeness. The memories. Sidney: Raichu using Iron Tail or Thunder

Phoebe: Gardevoir, using Hypnosis then Dream Eater (the ones that weren't effected I used Thunder on)

Glacia: Blaziken using Blaze Kick, or Groudon using Fire Blast or Earth Quake.

Drake: Rayquaza, Dragon Claw. 'Nuff said.

Steven: Latios, using Ice Beam on Ground types like Claydol and Surf on the Steel types.

If all else failed, I tanked everyone with my Blaziken.

Sadly GF learned their lesson and he is endgame in all future games, but still really OP). If we exclude legendaries, he still is the best special sweeper by far.

@MrRayquazaking Gengar is the only other consistently high tier mon, with high speed, annoying moves (hypnosis,pain split) and high sp.atk. Starmie does face strong competition from latios offensively these days (D-Meteor is awesome and can switch in more easily/why is Starmie stuck with ANALYTIC!? I wanted compoundeyes :_:), though I still like starmie more. It's got a somewhat better STAB typing and Natural cure for stall games, and its unmatched 115 speed.

Sapphire was my first Pokemon game, so I had no idea what an Exp. Share was. Once I got one, I had no idea what to do with it, so I gave it to my Wingull and forgot about it. By the time I battled the Elite Four, all of my other Pokemon were still between levels 20 and 36. But I also had a level 76 Pelipper. I just "flew" through Sidney, Phoebe, Glacia, Drake, and Steven!

@smmfailz you think thats bad. im battling wallace and im against his ludicolo. im using my lvl80 groudon with the idea that ive done it 10 times before so why not go for number 11. miss first hit ludicolo uses double team. second hit lands but doesn't kill him and he uses double team again. third hit misses and he uses double team again. this goes on for a couple of minutes until he maxes his evasiveness and i cant hit him. then he uses giga drain and 1 hit ko's groudon. True story:

my first pokemon game was ruby and i was new to it so i didn't know much about types and such. For some odd reason, i raised my Blaziken to lvl. 100 before i reached the elite 4. so i got to the pokemon league and fought the elite 4. i beat sydney easily with blaziken. but when i fought phoebe, i never knew that fighting type were unable to hit ghost type. and so i ended up gettin my ass kicked

a lvl 100 loses to a lvl52. man i sucked but now i can beat her with ease
