the name escapes me, but if you are referring to Tony jumping in the water--- it's the one where Gibbs helps his daughter's friend. Their car runs off of a pier into the water. Tony comes running and jumps in and pulls both of them to safety. Then the gives them both mouth to mouth.

The other part, where Ziva is wearing a white vest, is the one where she is bait for a serial killing whose victims are wives who cheat on their deployed husbands.

I have searched through my fonts and the closest thing I have found the font I used in this video is AR Berkley. I made this video with my old laptop that crashed. I lost a lot when that happened, including fonts :(

oh- no- that scene is from Hiatus(?) when Gibbs has lost his memory, and Ziva comes to talk to him about her brother Ari, to try and jog Gibbs' memory- and she cries, "I killed my brother!" And Gibbs reaches out and touches her face, "To save me."
