I worry for Paul Watson and the very brave people of Sea Shepherd. The Japanese have already showed what they are capable of in defense of their whale butchering, by trying to assassinate Watson.

These people are heroes and their efforts won't be forgotten. It's just sad that few others have the guts to stand up against the whalers.

Kevin Rudd is turning out to be all smoke and mirrors when it comes to the environment, sustainability issues, and protecting the Whales in their sanctuary. But, each one of us has the power to change this situation by contributing financially to Sea Shepherd - then they can better fund the campaign and take a second ship. Lets all put our money where our mouths are and become 'direct action crew members' so that we don't have to wait around for Politicians and their empty promises.
