    /watch?v=lQfrGYzI06s

    and /watch?v=vtxfMB0t_S8

    thanks to my greek brothers...

  • southern italians and greeks are not only culturaly, historicly and geographicly related but also geneticly! and how couldnt we be with so many common traits!

  • well done great performance!!!

  • che bellissima canzone!! complimenti!!

  • You may be sicliians but you play like Greeks ,maybe its the spirit of your Hellenic ancestors that now wants to express themselves.Bravo you play beautifully.

  • Μπορει και η ωραιοτερη ερασιτεχνικη ζωντανη εκτελεση που νεχω ακουσει... Τελειο μπραβο μαγκες

  • what kind of instrument is the right one?

  • south italians are romanized greeks

  • Guys I am Greek and i thank you for your great rendition of Aivaliotiko. How some people Greek or Italian can make such nasty comments is quite beyond me. It was an honour to listen to this and I thank you very much.

    Mille Grazi.

  • nice....but you mean that it s greek acient music? what s the source?

  • bravo rempetia!eviva magkes

  • bravo pedia , katapliktikoi ...:)

  • greek and italian music is the best music in this planet! and this guys are PERFECT! they really know how to play rembetiko! Italians and Greeks are brothers and very simmilar people, for exemple my father is italian, my mother greek!

  • excellent play!! better from most greek versions on YouTube, congratsulations!

  • poly kaloi!!!

  • Don't be stupid and let music be the guide of the world... OK, Italians and Greeks are different and we have many things that separate each other... But music is the connection between us. Those guys, performing this beautiful Greek song, don't think politically when they do it.... Many Greeks play or dance Tarantella or Saltarello... Does that make any difference? No! So, shut the fuck up with politics and bullshit when listening to music.... Good job, "athenaeumfolk"!! 5*****

  • xD

    Graaaaaaaaaandi raga'!!!!!!!

    U r great...

    W la Grecia!

W l'Italia (che c'hanno pure la bandiera della Sicilia dietro!)

some history of the Rembetika music....

It is NOT from mainland Greece...

It comes from the greeks of Asia Minor..(now Turkey)

The rembetika was seen as 'lesser' music to the mainlanders, who knew NOTHING of what Bouzouki was...and rembetika was ILLEGAL for some period

as its players and singers were STONED and many songs are about DRUGS! :)

  • @geotrisi that is not true. i guess you havent read anything about rembetika nad their history

  • @yeosei5533

go to rembetika-wiki.....it says it , in the paragraph "1930's".....(history)....

    take care :)

  • @yeosei5533 is say about the fact that you sad tat most of rembetika talk about dtugs.i doubt
