Just a thought here, if you ask God for forgiveness before you die (confession), from what I understand from catholic school you will be forgiven for your sins and God will allow you to go to Heaven. What happens if you ask god for forgiveness in Hell? Does he ignore you?

I think I may agree with you here. I haven't really thought much about hell. I think it should be noted that there are other interpretations of what hell is like. For example, under one interpretation hell is simply a place outside of the kingdom of God. If it's bad it is so only as God is not in that place.

@Keitaro2011 God told them they are gonna die if they eat the fruit of the tree ( read the beginning of Genesis if you don't believe me, 1st book of the Bible) so their sin was so bad God created Hell (maybe Hell existed already???) so everyone from Adams bloodline is gonna go to Hell because of him, brings new meaning to "your gonna receive what your parents set up for you (Adam sinned, his sperm had sin so his kids were born with sin) God doesn't want everyone to go to Hell that's why Jesus

Ok for all those who have commented I saw ur comments and want to shed some light. 1st Hell is a place ppl go because they denied God. 2nd Adam and eve were aware of the consequence but the Devil tricked them, so their eternal life was takin from them and they were kicked out of the garden. 3rd. All the people who chose other religions other than Apostolic Christianity is goin to Hell because 1. Also, you got to wonder why God even punished Adam and Eve severely just for eating a fruit and being more aware ("opening their eyes") when he could have just punished the snake and if it's true that the snake is Satan, why did God even let one of his first angels (Lucifer) turn into THE DEVIL which could have prevented all of this? Well with God being so perfect, you'd think he wouldn't make them so gullible or at least have watched over them better. They were a lot like newborn children and very ignorant about things. A parent just doesn't leave their kids out in the street alone for a criminal to convince them to do something bad and then punish the kids by kicking them out of their house and onto the streets.

Adam and Eve also knew right from wrong because Adam tried to blame his involvement on Eve AND God. They both knew BEFORE HAND the consequences of eating from the Tree so being kicked out of the Garden came as no surprise to them. YOU TOO know the consequences OF YOUR OWN SIN so eternity should not be a surprise.

Well looks like we're at a stalemate here.
However, I'm not making it a case to go against God nor am I going around thinking and telling strangers who don't believe in God that they're rebelling and they'll be sent to hell.
I'm simply keeping my "paper" blank which religious people seem to think they can write on when it's because it's blank that I'm open to a lot more things such as questioning God.

Well...your house IS on fire and you do face a very real eternity seperated from all that you know and enjoy. It can't be to protect society because God can do that WITHOUT torturing them! It can't be about free will because keeping them in hell violates their free will to leave. It can't be about correction because nobody can get out! It's all about YOUR insecurity and obsolete survival instincts that you refuse to question.

By wanting these men to be tortured for eternity, you become infinitey worse than they are, since the suffering these men inflicted at least came to an end. Torturing them forever won't bring back the people they tortured and killed. It won't undo their wrongs. The good of EVERYBODY should be a priority. Hell makes no sense when you spend just 30 seconds thinking about it

HELL makes a lot of sense because it is a place of punishment...not rehab. If you are so concerned about it...what are YOU DOING ABOUT IT?

You wouldn't go to hell for stealing somebody's wallet. You might go to purgatory and learn enough about God and THEN go to heaven. God only sends people to hell if they do the REALLY bad stuff. Like in your other vid. If they murder people or something like that. Most people are sent to purgatory though. Although I do understand some of your points and I respect where your coming from. I'm just sharing my thoughts =)

I think I may agree with you here. I haven't really thought much about hell. I think it should be noted that there are other interpretations of what hell is like. For example, under one interpretation hell is simply a place outside of the kingdom of God. If it's bad it is so only as God is not in that place.

@owchywawa EXACTLY! if all the bad guys are kept together & not allowed to hurt people who choose Goodness, they will set their own pad on fire, no matter how humane it might start out, like the vandals they are by chosen nature! it's a direction. it's a way of doing things. scrabble for power & step on one another & you will always have similar company! but God doesn't allow that near Him, He doesn't have to. But in the Holey bible it states that god is everywhere and that no man can hide himself from his presence. and why is he everywhere? Bcuz god breathed the the breathe of of life into Adam/atom and he became a living soul. In Ezekiel 18 it reads thus "all Souls are mine". All souls are his bcuz they came from/are him.
This is y 7th day advents and Jehovah witnesses don't believe in hell. In Ecclesiastes it states that on death all souls returns to god .
