Suicide Blonde was written in the early '80s after Joe Elliott of Def Leppard brought INXS to meet me. I was discovered by Joe at age 15 in 1983 along with an unknown Kurt Cobain while on tour in US. INXS was on tour with Adam & The Ants, but had a break in June of '83. Joe claimed a sore throat & canceled dates all while they were working with me writing songs. This was not about Kylie Minogue, but Marilyn Monroe which Def Leppard had used her image in Photograph music vid.

I love Michael as much as the most die hard fan and I think no matter what state of mind he was in he was AMAZING!!!! However, his eyes look empty in this one....the song is great and I love any chance to see him but his eyes tell a story here, unfortunately we know the ending.....RIP Michael you were and still are very loved

Michael sang that song a billion times, and every time in a different way a little, this time was one of the best variant i think (though in depression). Actually Michael was depressing a lot before his death and we can see that in his eyes...
