4 & 5 don't do anything for me. Sauer's is the most enjoyable and he plays beautifully at 78. Paderewski's is OK and Feinberg's is better. The slower, more melodic works are almost always the most appealing
Interesting finds! They are all very competent pieces; but the Feinberg is remarkably Scriabinesque in harmony and structure, while Sauer's whimsical melody is probably my favorite.
4 & 5 I find to be the best.

'Very fine performance, Mr. Levitzki, full of charme, great piano playing too!'
Nice Emil von Sauer. Das deutsche Herz ist irgendwie immer dunkel, obwohl das Stück eher simpel und leicht klingt.
Emil von Sauer was great, exemplary piano sound indeed!
Nice compilation!!

@hymntonight Yes Feinberg was a real "Scriabinist"... but later on, in his Sonata's he found a more personal style...

wonderful anthology ... Levitzki, light and delicious little gem, full of salon melancholy ..

This Lévy's piece reminds me of Cirno's theme (from Touhou).

A little, yeah.
But if it is so, shouldn't it be the reverse?
Lévy inspired ZUN. Huh. Seems odd that way, though.
