  • Hahahahahaha! Good thing that old man never became president, eh?

  • I complained, Fuck You McCain!

  • Iraq is never going to be like what we have here. There will always be sectarian violence just like its been for hundreds of years if not thousands of years

  • The last US combat troops left Iraq today. Thank God you lost Mr. McCain

  • @apjlaw IF the last US combat troops left 1 year ago when you posted this comment. Why have 3 US service members died due to hostile fire in the month of November 2011?

  • America won't even live another 50 years maximum. Trust me all that hate they created is gonna backfire against them. You think the Iraqis, Palestinians or the Afghans or Somalis are gonna forget about the US ? When soldiers kill civilians, one member of that family is gonna pick up arms and fight.

The US has created a generation of freedom fighters in the East.

  • Vote Jim Deakin

  • Mccain is the the most famous terrorist in the politics world.

  • Obama is going to keep us there for 100 years. There is not pull out plan for the Middle East.

  • youtube: our name .why is it all in CAPS who is your name ?

    Google: Facts not Fairies

( Millitary knows israel done 911)

  • Hahahahahaha 10,000 years, what an idiot. This country is done in the next 5 years Mr. McCain, thanks to the Federal Reserve and our fearless leader Barack H. Obama.

  • By the way, do you still think the U.S. was too lazy to translate a declaration of war or did Japan declare it after pearl harbor?

  • USA is Terrorists? Grow the fuck up. This world would be a shit hole if the U.S. wasn't around. We saved your shitty little island from destruction. Oh i forgot we started WWII.

  • no--McCain lost because the economy. There has never been an incumbent party that was re-elected to the White House after an economic crisis... History was not on his side. He shoulda won in 2000, he was 20x better than Gore or Bush

  • I am.

  • this is why he lost

  • Okay I will agree then lets just stay there and kick their asses for the next thousand years if that is what it takes. PEACE OUT

  • They don't mind? Has he asked that to a Japanese or German person? I have a Japanese flat mate, and a Japanese girlfriend, and they are both strongly opposed to America's military still being in Japan.

  • yeah well maybe their countries shouldn't have tried to take over the world by murdering and raping. Fuck them. You think what the Nazi's were doing was just?

  • No, however you were able to identify Nazis instead of Germans. I think that if Britain or the US had been in the same position that Germany had been in, then we would have elected a guy like Hitler as well - there wouldn't even be a recount. And for that reason I don't blame Germany.

Same with the Japanese, they were under a dictatorship from Emperor Hirohito. Most the citizens were opposed to the war, so I don't blame Japan for what they did. It's time the US let these countries be.

    Dan

  • What are you talking about? U.S. would have voted for Hitler? The Japanese people were opposed to the war? None of what you have said is true and is just your faulty opinion.

  • ANY country could have voted Hitler if they'd been in the same situation that Germany was in. I'm sorry but it's true. The Germans are only fucking human.

The Japanese civilians were mostly opposed to the war, watch white light/black rain - civilian survivors of the war from Hiroshima and Nagasaki give their testament. They knew they were going to lose from the moment they couldn't even afford shoes anymore.

    Dan

  • Any country would not vote for Hitler. That's not true it's your opinion.

Of course there were Japanese civilians against the war. There were also Japanese for the war, especially those in the military. There are always two sides to the story. You seem fixated on one side instead of seeing them both.

  • Japanese soldiers were largely conscript, very few of them joined of free will, and MOST civilians WERE against the war.

As for Hitler, honestly, your country voted Bush in TWICE!! That's not a far leg out from Hitler to be honest. A man claiming he was ensuring the security of the country - while stripping away your rights, and invading foreign countries for their own gain.

A necessary evil? Nothing is a necessary evil, the US was out of line to do that!

    Dan

    Dan

  • Why don't you answer my questions? Afraid of the answer?

If you know for a fact that Japanese did not support the war, show me the evidence.

Bush was nothing like Hitler. That's just you getting frustrated. Yes Bush lied to the public in order to invade Iraq. Politicians lying is nothing new. All politicians in all countries do it. He did it so he could do an unpopular act that needed to be done.

    What rights did we lose?

  • I told you, watch or read ANY account from a Japanese citizen who lived through the war and they'll say it. We're on the internet, I'm sure I don't need to assist you with using google?

Bush was like Hitler in the sense that he lied and rallied people into the invasion of countries which he blamed for your problems when in actual fact had nothing to do with them.

Why did you need to go to war with Iraq? Was that oil yours? NO!! It doesn't belong to you!!

    Dan

  • If it is so easy then posting a link won't be hard.

In regards to the Iraq war there are many factors that are at work. I briefly went over them, but i don't have time to educate you on a subject that has been going on for close to a century. Go read some book on the topic.

  • Killing an animal in order to eat and live is a necessary evil.

Killing a mass murder in order to protect the public is a necessary evil.

Killing a platoon of enemy soldiers in order to safe the lives of others is a necessary evil.

  • I agree with all three of your posts. The Iraqis I'm sure will tell you that they are defending their country, fighting for their freedom. And yet Americans like to say the same thing - tell me, who invaded who? That's right, let it seep in ;-).

You lost the right to free press, you're all having your phones tapped (right to privacy), the police can now stop you for no reason and search your bags (again - privacy), freedom of speech is now an arrestable offence (see Joe Previtera),

    Dan

  • You read too much shit of the internet. Try going to the library and reading books produced by experts instead of wackos on the net.

  • Even books have a tendency to lean politically to one side. You're obviously reading all the books endorsed by Fox news.

As for the Chinese, I honestly think I would trust them over America. They have their down points, sure, but seemingly not as many as America does.

America is a terrorist state. Being a terrorist means - someone, or an organisation, which targets and kills Civilians to lower moral in order to gain something politically, religiously, or militarily.

    Dan

  • At least I'm reading books. If you ever get to college, which i suggest, you'll find that a majority of the things they teach are liberal. I have my degree in political science, so I've read all sides.

The Chinese comment is not even worth a reply.

Give me one example where the US has purposefully target civilians.

    Your arguments have no basis

  • By the way during the 1929 great depression, America was just as bad economically as Germany. We choose a progressive leader instead of a tyrannical madman. We worked hard and started a new era for our nation. Hard work, not violence was our choice. So no, in the same spot we would not have chosen Hitler.

  • This is why he lost.

  • The US cant afford that. There is a guirrilla warfare in Iraq right now much like in Vietnam. No more than 10 more years and the US is out.

  • will be there more then ten years. Iraq is all oil and either we get it or russia and china get it. Whoever controls that oil controls who gets it. If Russia and china get it they will have nothing to stop them from taking over. if we can't afford or have access to oil are military is useless. are tanks and planes don't run on solar power. look at japan in WWII we cut off their oil and they were toast.

  • That is absolutely correct. We are there for oil, power and to always remain in this power. However, keep in mind that as long as we are there, Iraqis will always have their gurilla fighters attacking Americans and coallition forces on a daily basis. It's like if someone invaded the US. people would never tier and would constantly be attacking the invader by way of guerilla warfare until they are kicked out. It's just a matter of time now since its already a quagmire.

  • yeah but no matter what we can't leave Iraq. We need to be there in order to secure the future of our nation. Better us then Russia or China.

  • That's true, in theory but its not a matter of we'll stay there as long as we want or need to, its a matter of time before the Iraqis kick us out. They have already kicked out many countries and Britain will soon leave. As you can see it's a domino effect and although the US will eventually leave, its just a matter of time.

  • A majority of the U.S. forces will leave, but we will always have a military presence.

  • Although I must say you really know why we are there and probably about the excuse (9/11) that was needed to get to where we are right now. Unlike some Americans, who actually thought the invasion was necessary because Iraq was about to invade us and take over the world...LOL

  • A lot of people base there beliefs on assumptions instead of researched facts. That's why it was easy to lie to the public to go to war. I disagreed strongly with bush and voted against him twice. After i researched it i know why the Iraq war was necessary and why lies were needed. Even if he wanted to Bush could not say that we needed to secure oil for our military and future security over Russia and China. If he did that everyone would know our intentions and the war would be bigger.

  • I wouldn't mind China to get that oil, to be honest they're less likely to cause catastrophe than America is. And yet Americans seem to think China is a threat just because they are the fastest growing economy :-p. At least they're not hostile towards every other country that gets in their way.

    Dan

  • Are you joking? Have you heard of Tienanmen Square? China's government is one of the most oppressive in the world. Trying stating facts instead of your misinformed beliefs. If you like Germany, Japan and China so much go live there.

  • Yes, I'm well aware of the Tiananmen square incident. However, at least they don't start wars with every country which smells faintly of oil - Iraq for instance.

Thing with China is that they're oppressive towards their own people - which is still bad - but at least they don't bring out that aggression on us.

America on the other hand is pretty volatile. You look after your own country, but you start lots of wars. I actually would probably prefer China to be richer than you.

    Dan

  • Oh, and don't think that I'm just one singled-out nut, most of the world outside of the US would probably agree with me

    Dan

  • Again " Probably agree we me" is your opinion, not fact.

  • Oil is a resource. Many countries, including China, have started wars to secure resources for their survival. It's a basic truth of life. Resources are needed to sustain a nations existence. With out it they are weakened and susceptible to the will of others. Yes the US invaded Iraq to secure a valuable and depleting resource for ourselves. It is a necessary evil and the US does its best to meet its needs with the least amount of collateral damage. Unlike other countries.

  • The US leaves behind more collateral damage than any other country in the world!! More British soldiers have been killed in Afghanistan through US friendly fire, than Afghan attacks!!

No other country is as bad as the US for collateral. Name a single time that a country other than the US has made notable unneeded destruction.

China forces itself on weaker countries? Like the US with Iraq? The US with Vietnam? The US with Japan? And just look at what you did to Somalia!!

    Dan

  • Funny. The nation that invented smart bombs and other smart weapons has more collateral damage. Why do you think we invented smart bombs? To minimize collateral damage. We warn a city like Baghdad before we bomb so that people can evacuate. The reason is to minimize collateral damage. Name another country that gives warning before an attack and designs weapons to kill less people.

  • You warned Baghdad, but with no realistic time allowance. How do expect people to find a new place in a matter of days? What about people with Children? Are they supposed to just get everything together and then go live in a tent in the middle of nowhere? Where do they evacuate to?

Nagasaki only received leaflets 2:30 hours before it was bombed. These people could barely afford shoes by this point - cars were rare, what were they meant to do!?

    The USA are terrorists, frankly

    Dan

  • "Name a single time that a country other than the US has made notable unneeded destruction." Is this a joke? Germany England Russia China Japan N.Korea Iran Iraq Saudi Arabia Countless African Nations.
  • I meant one which was on a 'peace keeping mission'. And notice I said 'notable', like whole towns and cities gone to waste while leaving all military bases untouched (The US in Japan, 57 towns destroyed, only 2 minor bases).

China hasn't really done anything bad in recent years except Tiananmen square.

You may count Germany, however they've had the decency to change their ways and not fight anymore, same with Japan.

England hasn't fought in over 500 years, we're unionised with BRITAIN.

    Dan

  • This whole statement is based on your opinion not facts. I don't have the time to go over the many ways your are wrong.

  • N. Korea is all bark, no bite. They haven't caused any trouble yet, and I doubt they will, they're just led by a guy who is overcompensating for his tiny dick.

Iran have not really caused any major damage in recent years, again this is Americans being lied to, the Iranians are all bark no bite, and it looks as though the people are about to overthrow that regime now.

You could add all these other countries together and not even get close to how much damage the US has caused.

    Dan

  • Do you ever hear of the Korean War? Have you ever heard of the brutality and lack of infrastructure that the N.Korean people are suffering through?

Again Iran IS a threat and the protests have be put down. that regime is not being overthrown.

  • I never said WW2 was America's fault, you didn't even enter it until 3 years in. What I said was that you acted like terrorists throughout the war, which is true, and yet unacknowledged by the American people.

I know the North Koreans are under a bad regime, but that's their problem, not yours. It only becomes our problem when they attack us, or attempt.

You didn't save the UK, we were already advancing in Northern Africa, and the Russians were advancing before the US joined.

    Dan

  • My God your dense. We acted like terrorists? What were we too hard on the poor Germans? Please give me an example of a terrorist act committed by American against Germans killing millions of innocent people.

  • D.E.F camps set up on Truman's command would be an example in Germany. However, I was referring to Japan.

5 military bases were attacked in Japan, two of them were accidental when planes missed their targets. 57 towns were bombed, and a further 2 cities were attacked with nuclear weapons. This obvious attack on civilians as opposed to military targets is terrorism.

"Terrorism" - The deliberate attack on civilians in order to terrorise and lower moral for military or political gain.

    Dan

  • Just so we're clear your saying that the US was the bad guy in WWII and Japan wasn't ?

Yes we bombed cities. Cities are the means of production. we bomb cities so that the enemy can not produce the means to wage war. Its called WAR.

The Japanese raped and murder thousands of civilians. Google the Nanking Massacre and Bataan death march. This was the kind of enemy that the US was up against. So yeah we bombed the hell out of them to end the war. Woudl you rather the war lasted longer?

  • Haha, I never said that :-p. Japan was the bad guy politically, and yes they fought just as dirty in Asia. However, the Japanese don't declare themselves as justice incarnate, whereas America does. The Japanese know they were the bad guys in WW2, and they have moved on politically, whereas America still throws its weight around and you need to realise that half the time your just as bad as, or worse, than the nations around you which you claim are bad.

    Dan

  • All that is your opinion. I have giving you facts to prove your statements wrong. Maybe you should rethink your beliefs, because if the facts you use to support your opinions are wrong, then your conclusions and opinions are wrong.

  • Yes, but why did you not first bomb the military bases like what was done in Germany? Take out the military, and THEN target specific targets within the towns. Yes, there were examples of this in Germany such as Dresden where we attacked civilians, and that is equally wrong, and the people of Britain know it!

Americans generally feel no remorse for Hiroshima and Nagasaki, which was FAR worse than 9/11. Yet I bet you'll take offence to that?

    Dan

  • What? Everyone bombs cities. We bombed all Germany cities and Japanese. So did the Axis. Now you know militray stragy?

  • Fact is that all the Axis countries were dictatorships, we were democracies. Aren't we supposed to stand above the rest and follow the rules?

Read the Geneva convention, and realise that America has continuously broken these rules for the past 70 years when they were first written onto paper.

    Dan

  • The allies did what needed to be done. Innocent people died on all sides. WWII was a WORLD WAR. If we lost the freedoms and liberties that all people enjoy would have been lost. The world as we know it would not exist. America enforces human rights and freedom in the world, despite your BS liberal jargon.

  • Here is the declaration of war given on the 30th of November 1941.

30 Nov. US Time (or 1 Dec. Tokyo time) - The US intelligence agency was radioed this Imperial Naval Order (JN-25): "JAPAN, UNDER THE NECESSITY OF HER SELF-PRESERVATION AND SELF-DEFENCE, HAS REACHED A POSITION TO DECLARE WAR ON THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA." (Congress Appendix D, p 415).

    TaDaaa! :-D

You could have won that war without the needless killing of so many civilians! The end! You didn't even TRY the military!

    Dan

  • I never heard of this so i'll have to do my own research. Regradless you said we got this 3 weeks before yet its dated 6 days before the attack.

  • Yeah, I made a mistake - America intercepted messages 3 weeks in advance and never translated, but the declaration of war was made in English.

    Dan

  • "America intercepted messages 3 weeks in advance and never translated, but the declaration of war was made in English."

What? If it was sent in English why would it need to be translated? Your confusing translate with decode.

  • Oh but of course, according to Hollywood, YOU guys invented those things, silly Americans making HUGELY historically inaccurate films and passing them off as real. However it did cause a few giggles when a parody was made of that fact in the film "Churchill, the Hollywood years".

I never said it was down to laziness, but it certainly wasn't a 'surprise' attack.

    Dan

  • How did movies all of a sudden become the means of historic education? Try to stay on point. Stop going off on tangents to avoid the fact that your wrong. No one with have a brain learns history from a movie.

  • It was a surprise attack. The only document your talking about was an imperial navy message that was coded and not meant for the US. If we happened to decode that specific document in time we would have known that Japan had hostile intentions. We wouldn't have known that a massive attack was going to be performed on pearl harbor. STOP MAKE FAULTY ASSUMPTIONS and stop going diverting from the original topic. I prove you wrong about Iraq so you have to keep going back in history?

  • I brought up Japan and Vietnam simply because of how many wrongs America committed at this time. Iraq is still kept pretty secretive, we need to know the extent of what has gone on there first. We definitely need to withdraw though.

    Dan

  • Its kept secret b/c if the government tells everyone everything then chances are the enemy knows as well.

We cant withdraw b/c it is vital for the safety and security of not only the US but your country as well. Unless you want the worlds oil supply to be controlled by Russia China N Korea and Iran. If they control the oil what is going to stop them from cutting off our supply and in turn stop our entire military. Why do you think Obama isn't withdrawing after he said he would.

  • You said - "America did not translate the Japanese document, whether it was laziness or just lack of communication."

    So you did say laziness.

  • This "declaration of war" was a message intercepted by the U.S. It didn't need to be translated it needed to be decoded. BIG DIFFERENCE. This message wasn't sent to the U.S. from Japanese officials. It was sent to the Imperial Navy and was intercepted. The reason it took so long to decode is because of the overwhelming amount of information collection by U.S. intel. not laziness. It is impossible to determine which intel is of greater importance b/c they are coded.

  • give me some examples of Geneva violations

  • Where should I start? :-s

Bombing civilian targets - so that includes Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, Toyama, and the 53 other cities bombed with incendiaries. And then of course the two nukes as well.

Imprisonment of civilians, and mistreatment of prisoners - DEF camps, and internment camps for Japanese and German US citizens.

Killing of prisoners - DEF camps where as many as 1.7 million Germans may have died under similar conditions as the German camps. And yet they're barely heard of :-|

    Dan

  • We can't also hit military targets. For some odd reason countries hide them well and protect them well. We can hit a steel works factory in the city easier or trains or anything else that can effect the military. Why attack a strong enemy head on when you can attack the supplies FIRST then attack a weaker enemy. By doing that you can actually save lives.

  • Americans feel no remorse? Of course we fell remorse. We feel remorse when we make mistakes, but everyone makes mistakes. What we did in WWII was for the good of the world. So no i don't feel remorse for my country dropping the bomb. It stopped a world war and saved countless lives.

  • Oh, the good of the world? Oh that's alright then! I guess the world wouldn't miss the lives of 4,000,000 Japanese civilians then (that's 57 firebombings, and 2 nukes)? Just out of curiosity - where along the lines of flying straight over MASSIVE military bases in order to reach civilian towns benefit 'the world'?

It did not save lives!! If you'd attacked the military bases then they would have become bankrupt sooner, out of men sooner, and surrendered sooner, with LESS DEATH!!

    Dan

  • Nothing you stated here is correct. I already went over the reasons why.

  • One of your own countrymen, Edmund Burke, said it best

"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. "

It is our problem because we have the means to end the abuse. If you saw someone being killed and had it within your power to end it, wouldn't you? If some able to do so, chose not to stop it, then they would be as guilt as the murder. regardless of what you think, maybe you should look and the good the US has done.

  • The US tends to go in to these places though and kill more people than were already being killed! That's the problem, you're clumsy, and arrogant. Watch the opening sequence of Team America, that is really what you guys are like! Intentions may be good, but most of the time you resort to terrorism yourselves, or you just do too much collateral.

You did supply us with some armaments, but we were already advancing by that point, and the amount we bought was less than 10% of our fleet.

    Dan

    Dan

  • "The US tends to go in to these places though and kill more people than were already being killed!"

    B.S. SHOW SOME PROOF!!

Your using Team America as you source. Do you even know how dumb you sound?

"You did supply us with some armaments, but we were already advancing by that point, and the amount we bought was less than 10% of our fleet."

More B.S. show even a little proof.

  • The war would have lasted a shorter time had the Nagoya and Kokura arsenals been taken out. Each housed around 200,000 troops, and many of the high ranking officers in charge of the war. America knew this, however they flew straight over them, and attacked the towns instead. Innocent civilians, instead of enemy soldiers.

"B.S. SHOW SOME PROOF!!" - Iraq, Saddam kills 5,000, America kills over 100,000 (and that's only the civilian count), Somalia, Vietnam, Cambodia (put Pol Pot in charge)

    Dan

  • If this place was housing high ranking officials and that many troops, I'm guessing that the defenses there were the best available. I know that the U.S. is the best military in the world, but we are limited . Like i said before, it is better to attack less defended targets that are vital to the military. It does more damage with less risk and casualties.

  • Britain actually had the best military in the world at that time - at least by sheer numbers because we spanned half the planet, and the SAS remain the best military on the planet - followed by the French FL. Problem is our organisation skills were, and still are lacking... at best.

The military bases in Japan WERE guarded, but you're talking about war here, you're bound to lose a few members of your military - and at least it wouldn't have been fucking terrorism!!

    Dan

  • British had a combined force of 11 million in WWII. The US had 11 million in our army alone.

Everything else in your statement is opinon not fact and your still going on about military theory. Something which you know nothing about.

  • What are you saying? That in a war zone more people will die? Of course more people are going to die in a war zone then when there is no war.

    America does not target civilians.

  • You don't target civilians? What about in Vietnam where 12% of women claimed to have been raped by American soldiers - and countless American soldiers actually bragged or came forward to witnessing such horrific events?

How about in Vietnam when you dropped chemicals developed to sterilise the population, or make the children born with disfigurements?

What about the countless civilian villages, towns, and cities you attacked in Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, Korea, et cetera?

    Dan

  • Your talking about rouge soldiers, which every military has. The US goverment did not target civilians.

The next statement is BS. Agent orange may have had that effect to a degree but that was not its intention.

    Again unproven and misunderstood information.

  • No, Kokura and Nagoya arsenal were massive bases, similar to Catterick Garrison near where I live. Not for rogue troops, it's a MASSIVE training facility, capable of training up to 100,000 under war conditions. And the Kokura and Nagoya arsenals were both manufacturing for war as well. PRIME targets had Britain been at war with them. America flew straight over to bomb Jimmy while his mum read him a bed-time story... how sweet of you.

    Dan

  • The rouge troop comment was about the raping and murdering of civilians in Vietnam.

In regards to the military bases that they flew over. That never happened and by the way i doubt many Japanese were named jimmy in 1945.

  • They may have been rogue troops, but everyone knew it was happening, and there was never any disciplinary action.

Yes you did fly straight over important military bases, and funnily enough - though I didn't realise this when I typed it, it was just a joke - the Japanese do actually use the name Jim :-o. It's pronounced more like Jimu, and spelt じむ - who knew?

I know it was coded, which is why Britain cracked on with the Enigma and Colossus to help you guys out ;-). You may thank us!

    Dan

  • Do you make stuff up as you go along? There were soldiers convicted of war crimes in Vietnam.

    google: calley conviction stirs

here is just one example. If you want more do your own research

No we didn't fly over military targets. Proof? I gave you proof. It should be easy to produce if you have the name of the military bases.

  • Yeah, a whole Squadron commits horrific crimes and only Calley gets convicted. Not only that but the vast majority of the army committed war crimes, and only Calley was convicted.

What about the chemicals dropped on Vietnamese villages, which were developed, and ordered to be dropped by the US military? These chemicals made the population of the villages either sterile, or give birth to disfigured children.

The military bases you flew over in Japan were Nagoya, and Kokura arsenals, others too.

  • The whole squadron did not commit the crimes and Calley wasn't the only one tried. The vast majority did not commit war crimes. Out of a half a million troops maybe 100 did , but lets say a thousand troops committed war crimes. What is that .001 percent? Fact is there are good and bad in every country, race, creed and gender. Are you telling me that your country hasn't done things worst then the US?

  • Calley ordered his squadron to do those things, and many of his squadron raped women before killing them. Two men under his command had a competition to see who could kill the most people.

1 in 15 American troops are thought to have committed serious crimes at one point or another during that war. Be it rape, the intentional murder of a citizen, or torture. That's far more than 0.001%.

Britain has done bad things, but not try to steralise a population, or kill 200k civilians in one go.

    Dan

  • THANK YOU !! Calley ordered not the government. You said many not all of his squad. Which mean not everyone did it and i beat if you bothered to look it up you would find only 4.

1 in 15? where did you get that stat? or did you make it up? When did we sterilize a population?

your country has done horrific acts against people. England colonized half the world and enslaved countless people.

  • You attempted to sterilise the population of Vietnam with agent Orange and purple.

My country has done many terrible things, but they are all thing which all of Europe was also doing at the time, it was the norm, as bad as it was. What America does is completely against the rest of the world's wishes.

Britain, not England, had the empire, and actually, along with the Dutch, we were seen as the most hospitable of the empires. Lucky you were colonised by us rather than the French or Spanish.

  • Funny how you over the the importantr facts in the reply and start talking about pointless crap. Your wrong and you know it.

Agent orange was not designed to sterilize people.

There was conflict and wars all over europe because of different "norms". Again your worng.

Hospitable? Thats BS. ask india and africa if thats true.

Yeah we were lucky to be colonized by England. The French might have put up a better fight.

  • Agent Orange was designed to kill foliage, it's VERY likely that it's going to have a negative effect on humans. Agent Purple was designed and targeted at humans.

Yeah, Britain was Hospitable, and yes I'll ask Africa.

"So Africa, who is currently the richest nation inside you?"

    "Why, it's South Africa Daniel"

"Cool, an ex-British colony - and how is the old breadbasket of Africa, Zimbabwe?"

"Well, the moment Britain left they lost all their money under Mugabe."

    "How sad :-("

    Dan

  • Also, may it be noted that there were more loyalists in India than Ghandi followers. And that shows in Ghandi's life a lot... for instance his death, killed by a loyalist Indian.

Most of Ghandi's supporters were from the North-west of India, which was predominantly Muslim, and let's not forget that it was this divide in the country that led to the birth of Pakistan.

Hong Kong, Singapore, Taipei, all ex-British colonies, and all stinking rich. Name a French colony that even comes close.

    Dan

  • @dan892k7 I actually never thought about that.

  • What chemicals? The only chemical dropped was agent orange and that was designed to kill the foliage in the jungle, not people. Even our own troops got effected from that. It was a horrible unforeseen side effect. Mistakes are made at times. " To err is human"

I know you keep saying the names what evidence do you have to support your accusation that the US flew planes over them to bomb towns. Do you have anything else besides the names of a couple military bases.

  • Only chemical was agent orange? What about agent purple, agent pink, agent green, agent blue, and agent white? Most of which contained just as much Dioxin, or more. Agent purple was developed after US officials realised the effects of agent orange, isolated the chemical which was causing the effects (Dioxin), and made an agent with almost 3 times as much dioxin in the solution.

The US only released information about the agents and their effects in 2002, before then it was outright denied.

    Dan

  • All herbicides. all agent orange just in different types. None were meant to kill people. by the way blue and white did not have dioxin.

they were called the rainbow herbicides. Agent purple was released between 62 and 64 and was hardly used at all. agent orange is the one they used the most. they had no idea of the harmful side effects until later.

  • As for slavery, well Britain was the first country to ban it, over 100 years from the USA (land of the free - a title you stole from the people of Thailand).

They realised with agent purple, not orange, but yes orange caused the most damage.

When did I say Britain decoded the Pearl harbour message!? I said that we made the first allied enigma decoders, but not that we decoded all your messages for you!

    Dan

  • What does it matter if britain banned it first. They practiced it longer.

America was a new nation in the fact that it took aspects of many gevernments and combined them to form a free society.

Your whole Agent orange point is a lie or inability for you to accept facts.

  • A new nation, and one of the last to abolish slavery. Even when it was written in law that slavery was illegal there were still people practising it in America until the 1950s in Alabama and Texas.

America was a free country for about 50 years. Then it became just as bad as Britain, and then started getting even worse, while Britain was getting more free.

Currently America has the most laws of any other democratic nation, meaning you're more controlled and therefore less free. Fact!

    Dan

  • If you want evidence of anything then use google, you cannot link on youtube so what proof can you produce? We're on the internet, look it up. You do know how to use google - right?

Okay, the message I was talking about wasn't coded. However, let's role with this. If America intercepted a message then why did they allow it to happen? Why didn't they move the fleet out of pearl harbour, or ambush the Japanese when they arrived?

    Dan

  • Yeah i know how to use google. I have been using it to tell you were to go and find the proof i provide.

The difference is you dont have any proof so you cant tell me where to find it.

Jesus how cant you see this huge assumptions.

The document did not say anything about a massive attack on pearl harbor. Of course it was coded. All transmission to the imperial fleet were coded. What messages do you think they would code?

  • I am willing to accept for arguments sake that the US intercepted a message 6 days before the attacks. That message was coded. part of an enormous amount of intercepted material that needed to be gone through. If you say the British decoded it. which they didn't, that means the US didn't have the document and the British are at fault. Lets say the US intercepted the message decoded it and translated it. the document still said nothing about attacking pearl harbor. how would we know?

  • Ok now your just adding crap on that makes no sense to sound like your not wrong about the declaration of war.

You never said it was coded you said the US was lazy and didn't translate it. Making it sound like the US could have easily known about pearl harbor but we didn't do something as simple as translate a document. BS.

  • Ok so now the British helped us out by cracking the code for us. Germany didn't make enigma machines for japan until 1944. This document your talking about was in 1941. Seems a bit weird to me. More BS

  • The Japanese had made their own kind of enigma machine at the beginning of the war. It was not as advanced as the German one, but Britain cracked both.

I am stating facts and yet you don't google any of them to prove it - I do when you write something, so why don't you?

I didn't learn history from a movie, but many Americans would take a movie like 'Enigma' which is supposed to be a non-fiction, historical film, and take such bullshit as fact.

    Dan

  • Why are you arguing about pointless topics. It doesn't matter if japan had a enigma machine or not. This all stems from the BS "Declaration of War" It wasn't a declaration of war is was a coded message to the imperial fleet intercepted by the US. You say the British decoded it. Well why not tell the US? Because they didn't. The FACT is you don't know when that document was received, when it was decoded or by who. All you know is that japan sent a coded message to its navy a week before.

  • You thinking that people in the US learn history from movies, wear cowboy hats and all drive SUV's is BS. Its a stereotype that your learned from TV.

  • No, but I KNOW that the vast majority of Americans will believe a certain amount of what they see in what is supposed to be a non-fiction, historical account, made into a film.

I also know that the majority of Americans DO drive SUVs, except in the North East. You know how I know that? Because I have fucking been! Have you ever left your country Riley?

The world's oil supply? Most British oil is North sea oil.

And if China had that oil it wouldn't be bad. Russia, NK, and Iran, yes.

    Dan

  • You have a warped sense of America.

I live hear and not everyone drives suv. I have lived up north and south and traveld all over the country so i think i know beeter then you.

I have been to 8 different countries. 3 in Europe 1 in Asia 3 in south America and Canada.

Next summer I'm going to Ireland for a week and taking a side trip to England and Norway.

  • Did you ever hear of the BP pipeline?

China not bad? Iran N Korea and Russia are allies dummy

  • The only thing you seem right about is that Japanese have a name that can loosely be translated in to Jim. Try to prove yourself right on something that matters.

  • We had already liberated most of Northern Africa before America even joined the war effort. You hadn't even supplied us anything when we'd already taken Libya, Algeria and Morocco back from the Nazis.

And yes, only 10% or less of our fleet was American. And we certainly had the best aircraft - the hurricane and the Spitfire.

America did not translate the Japanese document, whether it was laziness or just lack of communication.

    Dan

  • Both of our nations worked to liberate the countries under Nazi rule. With out American forces your country would not have won. Don't take offense. I'm not saying the Britain did not kick ass in WWII, but you were done without re-enforcements and the help from the US

those were good planes, but the P-51 mustang rules the skies pal.

Again what is the NAME of the unknown historic document.

  • Both our nations helped liberate Europe from the Nazis, but Britain alone worked in Northern Africa - and against all odds we succeeded.

America only joined at the VERY end of '41 (and only started helping in Jan '42). Britain was already at war for 3 years by then. Britain and Russia had both begun pushing the Nazis back, slowly, but they were losing.

Without America we would most likely have still won, it would have taken longer, more innocent people may have died, but we'd have done it

    Dan

  • Alone in Africa? Check your history Patton was in Africa.

Where did you learn history from a guy on the corner?

  • We were alone in Africa for the first 3 years, Patton came over in '42, when almost all the countries had been liberated, we just needed to stop Germany re-entering.

    Dan

  • Sorry you guys were alone for 3 years but we live in a democracy and the people did not support military intervention until after pearl harbor. Regardless, Patton beat Rommel in Africa.

  • The P-51 was a part-British invention, you needed to make new planes because the ones you had in service at the time were years behind anything in Europe - so some British engineers and Curtiss-Write (an American plane company) developed the P-51.

There were many debates between the Spitfire and the P-51 during the war - which was best. In the end though it can only be said that they were pretty evenly matched. The spitfire looked better though ;-)

    Dan

  • My family owns 2 mustangs. They kick ass enough said.

  • Jesus please do some research before you make these faulty statements.

Who supplied the UK with ships, arms and planes?

Even with all the supplies we gave you Hitler was at your front door. The country was bombed to hell. Without the US involvement you were done.

  • We won the battle of Britain in 1940, we were no longer getting bombed by Germany. LONG before the US started to help us.

Also, the tools and weapons you sent were HIDEOUSLY overpriced, so that America could make a profit from the war.

I'm actually passed college and I'm in University. I have actually seen the message sent to America 3 weeks before the attacks, and the translation, it was a very clear declaration of war.

    Dan

  • Yes you won a battle not the war.

go to: bbc and look up ww2peopleswar

records state that Britain was bombed until '45 not '40

Britain was getting bombed till '45 not '40.

What is the title of the document? Where can i view it?

The declaration of war was not released until after pearl harbor.

  • Iraq was a war of necessity

Vietnam was a proxy war with Russia

Japan raped and murder countless people during their military conquest and yes with kicked their ass after they attacked us like cowards.

Somalia is a failed state run by gangs. How is that our fault?

  • You split up the government, Somalia is that way because of the US.

Japan warned America in advance and declared war, but their warnings were ignored, they started a war the same way anyone starts a war.

You kicked their arse? Is that what you call it? They attacked your military base, you retaliated through terrorism. 57 towns and cities were almost completely destroyed by the US, and yet military bases were almost completely untouched.

You just wanted to murder in cold blood.

    Dan

  • Again show me some information that supports your statement. A link, anything.

Your grasp of history is as warped as your current event knowledge. EVERYONE knows that japan did a surprise attack. Unless your a conspiracy nut job, you should know that to be true.

I can't talk logically to someone who believes that WWII was some how the US fault.

  • Why don't you attempt a link? See what happens... oh, that's right, you can't link on youtube! Use google, that's what it's fucking there for!!

Japan did notify the US of a state of war, but it was not translated from Japanese to English until shortly after the attack - three weeks after the message was sent!! So if it was a surprise, then I guess you can blame your own intelligence for not getting something as vital as a declaration of war translated!!

    Dan

  • There are ways around that.

    Go to google and type:

Japanese declaration of war on the United States

The 1st link is wikipedia check it out.

Japan declared war on the U.S. after the attack on pearl harbor. Who taught you history? Stop listening to whoever is telling you this garbage. If your going to get your info off the internet, try using valid sources not bloggers

  • China isn't being aggressive with us because they can't. They do force themselves on others that are weaker.

Besides the Iraq war name a war we were proactive in. Name a war that we started just for the hell of it. By the way Iraq is a war of necessity. So even that is justified if you know the real reasons.

  • I wouldn't count on it Dan, Once the Chinese have the power, they will want to leave us behind, or I should say even force us behind.

  • Jeez, if I had a nickel for every time somebody made an intellectual comment about mccain trying to attack him, jeez id still be dirt poor and ask obama to spread the wealth so I could have some money.!!!

  • Wrong is wrong. Americans are not in Bosnia and guess what the war is over and it has been since 95. There is however American embasy which is found all over the world. Get your facts streight moron and focus on staying alive rather then getting Sarah Palin in the white house and let her ruin the intire USA.

  • why don't you get your spelling "streight" and how would Palin ruin the "intire" USA as vice president. Fucking dumbass

  • McCain NEVER shows the right side of his face to the camera. He doesn't want people to know how repulsive he really looks, or how much cancer he has.

  • i don't understand how we are supposed to elect a somebody to be president, if he is 72..had a 44% chance of dying, has had skin cancer....then we have palin on the side, who can apparently see russia from her house, and is just straight up sycho...comon america we are better then that

    OBAMA 08!

  • mccain is hitler.

  • your a thick cunt

  • he likes the fine blood of american troops??? wtf is his problem?

  • Last Oil Shock book.

  • so pretty much mccain wants the Iraqi's to fucking kill each other, after we caused this war, while our troops hide in their fortified bases. How about instead we bring our boys home in one wave and not care of the outcome. one way or another there wont be any stability when we are gone, just like in Vietnam when the North Vietnamese took over Saigon, after we withdrew.

  • we will never win the "war on terror" because you will never destroy all evil on earth! Iraq deaths=4,465. ask yourselves what we have accompished there that has been worth losing over 4,000 troops for...

  • ....Okay...fuck this, I don't know about you Obamabots or McSame supporters...I'm starting my own war...hell I'm gonna start Revolutionary War II...if EITHER of these candidates gets into office we're fucked, I'm either leaving this country...or I'm gonna be a man and fight for my freedom...

  • Typical conservative tactic, "lets just call them cowards and traitors! then they'll die for owl oil!" read a book for god's sake!

  • bryce since you know shit about politics its best for you to stfu, kid.

Your a coward who has been brainwashed to think war is fun.

  • timber, only a fool would be willing to do that.

  • maybe move from another planet !

  • McCain will win and we will enter into WW3.

Things are going to get much worse.Perhaps its time to move to another country.

  • and u know what im ready to go and fight in ww3

  • why. you dont even know why do you? you'll go fight and die like a pathetic lemming, and nobody will mourn, because you will have been nothing but a cog in the great war machine used to keep us ignorant to how badly the world is being fucked up.

  • This man is A LUNATIC. It's like he is salivating at the mouth at the thought of killing more Americans in the military and more innocent civilians elsewhere.

JOHN MCCAIN = WORLD WAR III

  • dont vote and watch whats goin to happen.PRE-DETERMINED PRESIDENTS.DONT LISTEN TO EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU.CUZ ALL YOU SEE IS MEDIA CONTROL

  • You all know that this moron is going to win. You all know that right? The moment we re-elected Bush, us Americans reached a whole new level of stupidity. Here's the thing about Republican politicians...they are out of touch with the world and the average American. McCain on the other hand is delusional and senile. He lives in a fantasy world and I guarantee you that he's going to get us in even deeper shit. I don't trust Obama either. But I sure as hell don't want McCain to win at all.

  • i TOTALLY 100% AGREE WITH U SOOOOOOOOO MUCH NO JOKE

  • He's out of touch, we're out of time. Time to change the track our country has been put on in the last 8 yrs. We must act now, if not his temper will take us to World War this time. He's out of touch, how many more, are out touch like him and his team of wolves..He's out of touch, if you vote for him, you're out touch too.

  • Mcsame Is out of touch, just out of touch, living in his dream
