About the timeline where would this game fit in Jaws cannon I read this game takes place years after the movies I would say this takes place almost 20 years after Jaws the Revenge.

His character never died. Jaws 1 & 2 are the only movies Jaws fans recognize. Besides, Jaws Unleashed was a low budget game and with that, getting Roy to reprise his role for this game would've been impossible.

I was also stating that even if the character was still alive the guy who played him died a week ago, so they can't bring him back along with other Iconic characters like Rambo and John mcclane.

Actually before the events of Jaws the Revenge its mentioned that Martin Brody died from a heart attack but Ellen his wife played by Lorriane Gary said it was fear of the shark that killed him and I read if Schieder did return for Jaws the Revenge it would have been as a cameo and that his character would have been killed off to begin with. Roy was also great in Blue Thunder as well so R.I.P. Roy Schieder.

At the beginning of that horrible movie, Ellen mentions that he died from a heart attack. They tried to get both Roy and Murray to reprise their roles as Martin and a cameo for Larry in Jaws The Revenge but Roy said no and Murray died several months before shooting. Roy's character was simply written out.

I have accepted Jaws the Revenge even if it sucked as Jaws cannon well Jaws 3D I do not appect that as offical cannon due to the fact its not referenced in Jaws the Revenge and plus about Ellen Brody during the events of this game my guess is she would be dead and Thea would be a adult well don't forget Judith Barsi who played Thea in Jaws the Revenge is also dead because of her being murdered by her father who also killed himself and her mother in the late 1980s.
