i beat regular gameplay and i just got the hylian shield on hero mode, i have access to the sky keep but have not entered it yet. how do you have the triforce next to the date on your file at 0:05???

When I saw that whole bunch of monsters in The Horde, I though the reason they were there was to scare me.

But when the thing started, it went really bad. I didn`t die but I got close to. And when it finally ended, Ghirahim transformed and the battle began. I battled him with only 3 or 4 hearts.

Main point of it is that it's a bit more difficult

but you do get some benefits like instant energy attack,

all tips, and some other things you can google..

What does that little triforce mean at the bottom left of your Hero mode file? 100% symbol?

Why don't you use a guardian potion before you start? It carries into the battle challenge.

@lorddoom3100 You won't ever find hearts, bosses do double damage, your charge for sword strikes take a second, and you can fight metal Ghirahim & Demise in thunder Challenge.

i just did this tonight! its weird though, that i didnt know this exsisted on my first playthrough so i didnt really know wat was coming and i had some trouble. wat i did, was use a guardian potion+ before talkin to him and did the horde first, that way i could be invinsible for 3 minutes. then i just took care of all the other bosses regular

to help you get gaurdian potion upgrade it get the potion medal and right before u talk to the thunder dragon take it and then it lasts almost over 6 minutes long enough to get through the horde so i hope this is helpfull to you itactually does work makesure you take the potion BEFORE talking to him

damn the syward strike is charging fast. is it cause on hero mode you start out with the master sword speeded one form the normal mode?

@Excalibur5k in hero mode,the goddess sword charges the skyward strike as fast as the master sword in normal mode,so when you get the master sword in hero mode it charges instanly.

The Horde is not the most difficult part, it is just the part that is the hardest to not take any damage which is your end goal, but its natual considering you get stormed the entire time and its cool killing them all, but it is annoying as shit how easily you lose health

@HyozanryuDemon The Horde is the one part I died at throughout my entire playthrough of Hero Mode, so I would still say it's the most difficult.

@Zhoaten The horde is very easy on normal mode or hero mode(if you have the heart medal). Just walk slowly and pick them off one by one for extra hearts. Ghiramhim never finishes his ritual without fighting Link.

i think you noticed about actually, but when you kill the bokoblin who calls more bokoblins is revived, that's why they get close to him if you noticed it, but in the other hand, good job man, nice battle :D

At first battle, you choose Horde Battle. I suggest you to drink a "Stamina Potion +" to get infinite stamina and run through to the Ghirahim directly. This will make your best time faster.
