Keep it simple and stupid! If someone want refund, just bring back to your supermarket next day, and tell what happened and I think they would refund you and get your another new pie!

Most companies these days, they will reimburse you with the defective products that you bought, it happens once in a while with my wife, she bought defective brand-name items from different U.S. Manufacturer and get reimburse. So what do you get by exposing this video ?, do you want the whole planet NOT to buy conAgra products ?, or do you want conAgra to contact you and pay lum sum of money to remove this video. State your purpose ? Let me know, I'll do the same like you! Typical LOOSER GUY!

That did not happen at ConAgra. Just by looking at it you can see that the pie at some point thawed, was damaged, spoiled, then refroze. At the ConAgra factory, all the pies are frozen to -40 after numerous quality checks by inspectors and automated systems. Quality checks include appearance, content, weight and foreign material. Any food that falls off the line is promptly disposed of.
I guarantee this problem did not happen at the ConAgra plant!
