I realized there was something wrong at around 9, I thought it was me. But then my mother's friends and all our neighbors wouldn't talk to us. Everyone our family met we soon got rid of and there was always a reason. I'm now 25 years old, I still have a relationship with my mother but she got rid of her mom, her 9 brothers and sisters and their children, my dad's family, my dad, and my sister. This thing is not to be taken lightly I feel like I've been put in the twilight zone.

(thank god) the ring wasn't good enough i didn't make enough money. she had her own job. but would pay nothing to rent are any bills. and always yelled at me. when my credit was maxed out i was nothing but a bum. that was more then five years ago. and i never dated since.

I was subject to a narcissist's revenge.. she used people I didn't know to harass me.. any time I even tried to talk to her (one time I even bought her some flowers trying to "apologize") .. she'd burst into tears and her friends would be like you're such a bitch... narcissists use everything they can to destroy you when you're an enemy. They don't have "disagreements' they have "permission to destroy"... NOT COOL. But people eat their shit up... I bet even literally.

It's like my GF is talking to me right now (she's red-hair too!). 'You feel uncared for and neglected emotionally...' That sums up my relationship. My GF tends to treat intimacy like a game. During arguments only *she* is right. During criticisms, it's always the other person's fault and not her own. I guess the worse part of this is feeling devalued. Nothing I do is right. And while I've expressed emotional needs she only gives me the time of day whenever *she* is ready.
I have been with a Narcissist for 6 years, but have just found out that she has this disorder (she's a 6-7 pointer). I am trying some strategies to take control of her attitude, as this makes me feel a lot better (yes, she does all the things expected, with relish, it seems).
This will make her feel that her “Narcissistic Supply” is being taken away, and you will find that she’s back to being nice, if only until the next time…
I have just tried this on the phone, saying that I would wait until she phones back, and quietly saying “It’s OK”. I expected a call late at night when her “supply” ran out, but guess what? She called 1 hour later, being as nice as pie.
They drop you like a hot potato when they realize they can't get anything out of you. Also, they don't like cheap guys. I once had a girl break up with me when I loudly complained to the waiter at a restaurant that the prices on the menu were too high. I felt that it would be better that she break up with me instead of the other way around. That's why I complained about the prices. Act like a miser and they'll run away.

@sclapione dragging our kids into areas they didn't need to be, putting them on the spot, manipulation, pathological lies, firing people who just disagreed with her, blaming her ailing Father for everything including her Mother dying of cancer, her brother being gay, everything! She looks at herself as "God" and everyone else as servants...she has never uttered the word "sorry" because she has never, ever admitted to being wrong, but often she is the most pleasant person in the room.
Wow that was awesome because it puts it realtime perspective, to me that was like my sister standing there talking, you can really put anyones face on it as you watch it if your both an auditory and visual learner and really pick out the narcissists in your life.
i've observed staggeringly beautiful women know how much people like to be around them, men and women alike. It makes us feel better about our average lives to be around such breathtaking beauty. Combine that with a dysfunctional childhood. Especially with some sexual abuse or abandonment, etc. the makings of a toxic individual. Will draw me in with their charms, use me up, poison me. This video is bang on! I have a roommate who is a total narcissist. Exactly as in the video, if she is sick, i would at least make her tea and ask her how she was feeling. When I'm sick, she doesn't ask once. They are tolerable people if you can find amusement in their distorted view of themself.
One thing to know about these women is that initially the relationships tend to be very sexual. As she obtains control, it will come to a point that she issues sex with an eyedropper and is only used as a reward for feeding their egos. Other than that, they tend to save their energy for random juice heads. Yes, after a while if you are involved with one, you can count on infidelity for all the reasons that are connected to her discription.

yep... I was subject to a narcissist's revenge.. she used people I didn't know to harass me.. any time I even tried to talk to her (one time I even bought her some flowers trying to "apologize") .. she'd burst into tears and her friends would be like you're such a bitch... narcissists use everything they can to destroy you when you're an enemy. They don't have "disagreements' they have "permission to destroy"... NOT COOL. But people eat their shit up... I bet even literally.

It's like my GF is talking to me right now (she's red-hair too!). 'You feel uncared for and neglected emotionally...' That sums up my relationship. My GF tends to treat intimacy like a game. During arguments only *she* is right. During criticisms, it's always the other person's fault and not her own. I guess the worse part of this is feeling devalued. Nothing I do is right. And while I've expressed emotional needs she only gives me the time of day whenever *she* is ready.

I have been with a Narcissist for 6 years, but have just found out that she has this disorder (she's a 6-7 pointer). I am trying some strategies to take control of her attitude, as this makes me feel a lot better (yes, she does all the things expected, with relish, it seems).

2: Do not look hurt or cry, because this will be ignored or even make her angry.
3: Be very, very neutral, whilst also being quietly positive.

I have just tried this on the phone, saying that I would wait until she phones back, and quietly saying “It’s OK”. I expected a call late at night when her “supply” ran out, but guess what? She called 1 hour later, being as nice as pie.

I once had a girl break up with me when I loudly complained to the waiter at a restaurant that the prices on the menu were too high. I felt that it would be better that she break up with me instead of the other way around. That's why I complained about the prices. Act like a miser and they'll run away.

Combine that with a dysfunctional childhood. Especially with some sexual abuse or abandonment, etc. the makings of a toxic individual. Will draw me in with their charms, use me up, poison me. This video is bang on! I have a roommate who is a total narcissist. Exactly as in the video, if she is sick, i would at least make her tea and ask her how she was feeling. When I'm sick, she doesn't ask once. They are tolerable people if you can find amusement in their distorted view of themself.

One thing to know about these women is that initially the relationships tend to be very sexual. As she obtains control, it will come to a point that she issues sex with an eyedropper and is only used as a reward for feeding their egos. Other than that, they tend to save their energy for random juice heads. Yes, after a while if you are involved with one, you can count on infidelity for all the reasons that are connected to her discription.

I know plenty of women that have successful professional and personal lives that are not narcissists. They are kind, likable, and hard working women.
