It's too bad they stretched the whole eliminated contestants thing out over so many episodes. they could have done it with one challenge and get on with telling their story.

i'd rather be following Bob and Nathan and the training and conversations of the final six than all this nonsense.

Why aren't they including the weight of the bar in the total weight? I sure as hell count the bar when I'm writing my weights lifted down in my training log. An Olympic barbell weighs 20kg, so Sharif had 160kg on his shoulders. That's 350 pounds. A massive effort.

Some of those guys almost look too thin in the face at the moment, Sean and Shariff especially but Stuart also and Andrew to some extent. Shariff still has weight to drop, but his face looks gaunt. Is this an effect of dropping weight too fast?

I think it has more to do with fat distribution. Even in the beginning, his face wasn't that fat for a guy who weighed so much. Some people just carry a higher percentage of body fat around the belly. Stewart is like that too.

im so glad sharif is back and the way that he got back is great too alot of challenges he isnt very strong at and teresa has a much butter chance at getting one of the last 2 white tshirts than he would im hoping they both end up with one and both get in!!

Aww it came down to my favorite orange team. I am glad it was between Sharif and Theresa. I want them both to back in the house. I am glad they pushed each other to the max. I'd been happy with whoever got the shirt.

I am conflicted between who I want to get the final shirts. Andrew showed so much determination. Sean is such a good guy and his weightloss is amazing. Theresa is a great competitor and deserves to be back in the house.

I want all three of them to get a t-shirt.
