The way I came to this arrangement is I used the Piano/Vocal/Guitar version and arranged it for solo piano by playing the melody in my right hand and using the Guitar chords to come up with a left hand pattern. What I did is not written out so unfortunately I can't share my arrangement in sheet music. :( But I'm glad you enjoyed and maybe you could come up with something similar by using the Piano/Vocal/Guitar version as a starting point.
