thats sik!! when u pull into the desert how far down the road is that. it kinda looked like the playgrround but i wasnt sure??? i may go out today so i gotta go find that
The PD here in GJ have for a long time been able to act with no accountability. Latinos, poor people, and activists have long known that the police have grudges they settle with force or through the courts.
Recent arrests and firings of two GJPD officers one for beating a woman and another for raping a woman, is just the tip of the iceberg.
You used to race shifter carts at the gj motor speedway? my grandpa helped build it he used to race out their all the time i used to fill gas out their also
29 rd is a nice place to go shooting also. ;) Better watch out bikers before some of these kids in here try to take you out for causing massive land erosion!
only an idiot would say that a dirtbike destroys land. i live in new jersey and every pit is being turned into housing or strip malls. off road vehicles DO NOT destroy land, the government does. liveformusic should shut the fuck up and get a clue. killer jump by the way
hay i dirtbike in grand junction a bunch but unfortunently i shattered both my ankles and will be out the rest of the summer i gess :( but where are u over there in tearms of the airport (im gessing ur in public land)
This is just to the east of the airport. It's all BLM land (majority anyway), all for us to explore. It's a great place to ride! I was there this past weekend racing SuperMoto on the Kart track. Bummer about ankles, take it easy and get back out when you can!
Hey liveformusic when you have your geology degree like I do then we can talk about destroying land. Go back to the mall in your mommys suv and do some more shopping.
"Motorcycles are the answer to social mobility, traffic congestion, and reducing damage to the environment." With it's OHV licensing program and it's volunteers these area's are maintained and paid for by riders. Places like Moab have seen a greater environmental impact from mountain bikes in the past 10 years than motorcycles/jeeps over the past 50 years. 14 year old girls. Isn't your mom waiting for you in her SUV to take you back to the mall.

i'm not contradicting motercycles. i actually agree with that statement. but they're only good when they're used on the streets. dirt biking causes the land to erode at an alarmingly rapid pace. and about the SUV thing, my parents own a Honda CRV. Hondas are the most environmentally friendly vehicles out there; the lowest emitting. but what about u? does ur mommy own a SUV?
Snow is now covering it. Time for the snowmobiles to come out:)

If there weren't dirt bikers there they would probably just bulldoze the place and build track homes. Tell me that isn't bad for the environment.

Save the desert? If you wanted to save the desert you wouldn't be destroying it with your dirtbikes.
