@SmileySix12345 lol actually they intentionally did that to show how Varric was exaggerating while telling his story.  If you notice later on they aren't as big, and supposedly at this point he begins to tell the truth but hey ain't nothing wrong with big boobies here and there

@swantonkid12 actually no, I played DA 1 but I used the default settings in this game, so far very few things link back to the first game. If you beat the first game it allows you to import your changes and decisions from that game but it isn't a necessity, hope this helps
