Wow. Death of journalism. Back in the day, a journalist would know that a "boat jail" is called a brig. If she did not know, she would take the time to look it up and find out. Nowadays they are simply talking heads that don't even know how to write a proper sentence in English, complete with correlating subject-verb agreement and proper punctuation.

Prosecute them in a court martial plain and simple. It's a fair and legitimate way of prosecuting someone without world opinion focussed against the u.s. such as the case with millitary commissions.
