it is very true. Many doctors cannot be plastic srugeons and many plastic surgeons do 80% of their work on the bodies. Too many medical doctors are doing plastic surgeries without the proper training. Plastic surgeons usually get 7 or more years of unpaid training from a very senior and extremely experience plastic surgeons. Too many botched stories unheard. People don't want to come out and talk about it, but there is at least 60^ chance for botches plastic surgeries.
