doesnt sound like the sound is getting transmitted outside, sounds like its staying inside of the car. if you sit in inside of a car with sirens, you would see a huge difference, the speakers would be outside of the car. not inside of the car.

@cdffirefighter So the neighbors don't come out unhappy about 200 watts of sound coming at them. I could easily do a 10 second video with the normal setup, but for a 2 min long video the speaker needed to be in the car so the sound could be muffled somewhat.
