ps: Just because someone is arrested, they don't have to be advised the Miranda warning. The only time they are required to be read "their rights" is when they are asked questions AFTER ARREST. If they are arrested for say, DUI, then they are usually not read rights because their are no questions asked after the arrest.

Thankfully justice was served, All officers in this video were punished by receiving 3 months paid leave. But don't feel bad cause their departments paid for their airline tickets and for their rooms (90 days worth). Internal affairs felt guilty and will be paying for their drinks and room service. These people that get caught that are officers of the law are poor examples of the uniform. They are emotionally involved, emotionally aggressive, and mentally unbalanced at the moment, something a policeman can never do under any circumstances. Anything more compromises the very law they swore to uphold. When they pass judgement, and render punishment , at that point they become common criminals, vigilantes and thugs with badge nothing more.

they even put von not hasuen in prison for coing his own money in gold and silver wich if people came to take there god and silver or metal he had he could pay them and had more now the goverment wants to take his bullion and indana supreme court says 4th admendment is not allowed so the cops can search homes with no warrnt and specification of what they are there to get. the colorado police beat a man to death in intake process for being arrested for public intox or colorado shot man dead

@Ferg1x well i specified that is the cops will put u in prison for years for selling weed or smoking it and posession of pipes ect. thats enslavement when you can not do as you please and regulate yourself well enough to survive yoursel and be here for generations on and on but the cops throw people in prison for driving with no drivers licence or tax evasion or selling milk across state line or even your farm and big farms get new bills passed to regulate small man survival operations

ps: Just because someone is arrested, they don't have to be advised the Miranda warning. The only time they are required to be read "their rights" is when they are asked questions AFTER ARREST. If they are arrested for say, DUI, then they are usually not read rights because their are no questions asked after the arrest.

@lightfighter36 The government makes the laws. Police make sure the laws are enforced. But we really need to make 1 law. Do anything you wish as long as its not hurting another. That means you can kill yourself, do drugs till you die from over dose. Its not hurting anyone else and the only way you et hurt is by your choice. Its your body. If you choose to be hurt. Then that wont be skin off anyone's nose. and if you hurt another. We put you in a world of hurt. That will make things a lot better.

Thankfully justice was served, All officers in this video were punished by receiving 3 months paid leave. But don't feel bad cause their departments paid for their airline tickets and for their rooms (90 days worth). Internal affairs felt guilty and will be paying for their drinks and room service. The counties are doing a special assessment on poor people to help pay all the extra taxes the officers will owe after their raises. All victims are being harassed with weekly traffic tickets.

@rhinolimits21 well good luck gaining the freedom you desire. I live in America down South, it's very quiet and so far I stay away from the city where most of the havoc is so I don't truly see such behavior. Our cops aren't so strict. Hell, I sped 45 in a 25 school one and was given a 150 dollar fine. Got off easy on that one.
So far I seen good simple cops but then again this is far from the big cities. Again, good luck on your views of success and true freedom. Fight the good fight.
